Too close to the freeway. It was very noisy.

Our friends car got broken into at 7pm in their parking lot. Their window was shattered and there were people wondering through the parking lot all night. I barely slept because I kept checking on the cars. The walls felt thin as you could hear other people talking and music playing all night. AC unit was incredibly loud. The water lines were squeeling throughout the night. It was a very disappointing stay and not worth the price at all. The front desk staff was friendly, but that was about the only positive experience from this trip.

Very noisy night. First railway engine horn woke both us up, then the outside worker at the Starbucks next door keep us awake from 4am till 5am while he cleaned the outside parking lot with his gas powered lawn blower. After finally falling back to sleep, the second train blasted his way through the area. Not a good night’s rest.

I pay to hotels.com and and when I come to the hotel, they say you guys doesn’t pay means like I pay you guys, but you guys doesn’t pay the hotel and they don’t wanna give me the room. I’ll be waiting for almost 1 hour. my phone number is 760-912-5236

I feel that the room could have been cleaner. There was an odor in the room. The sheets really didn't look fresh.
The air conditioning unit didn't work correctly. It would turn off when it reached the setting but then did not turn back on when the number climbed.
Also the receptionist when we checked in really needs to work on her customer service. When we walked in she never smiled or said hello or welcome or anything! She just looked up our room gave us the key without ever saying a word.

Check in was fantastic. But the next morning (today) the guy in reception didn't want to help when I asked him if he could ask for more regular coffee because there was only decaf. He said there was a lady in the back to talk to. I didn't have the coffee. Why do I have to go find the lady in the back? Because I'm Hispanic and look like her? He could have called the kitchen and asked for more coffee. Not great customer service from him.

This was a nice hotel. Nice clean room with all amenities including a microwave. The bed was a bit lumpy and the a/c unit was a bit fickle to get set but all in all, I would stay here again.

The room was good, breakfast was good. The area around the hotel has limited food options and doesn't feel super safe. Was fine for a quick one night stay.
The poster at the front desk sums up the feeling of the area- cows tagged for burgers with the word "happy". It is what it is, so try to enjoy.

Place was good, the breakfast was good, only issue it was hot downstairs i think they were having some ac issues as there was a bucket and some towels on the floor by che k in. The lady that checked us in was very courteous but the one that checked us iut acted rude and that we were bothering her as she counted out the money in plain site.was a good enough stay for the last minute reservation
