My family and I had a very bad experience at this hotel. We were charged for fees we had no idea about and hotel staff were rude and short with us, laughed in our faces when he got upset about extra fees. The hotel is old and not very well kept. Very poor condition for an IHG hotel. There are far better hotels in this area to stay at.

Hotel is very convenient area with the beach right across the street. There is an underground tunnel from that takes you to the beach if crossing is an issue. Room is comfy and the view of the beach is beautiful. The girl at the travel desk was also extremely helpful. She did a good job explaining to us all the nice areas and which areas to avoid due to being a tourist trap. She also spoke arabic and gave us good instructions on how to use taxi services in the area. Overall great hotel and good staff. Although the food could be a bit better since it can be pretty bland at times especially the dinner options. Breakfast was better with many options to choose from. Overall would give it 9/10 experience.

We travel a lot, and I’ve never experienced a hotel that inconveniences its guests so much. First, you can’t charge anything to your room. Second, staff disturbs you constantly calling or knocking on your door to disturb you. Third, it’s really hot. Like, REALLY hot…in the lobby, dining, elevator, and even rooms. When you go somewhere they turn the air off (which doesn’t work very well anyway) and it takes hours to cool off the room. When you get back from a hot excursion, the last thing you want to experience is a hot room. We had more than one bad experience with the guy who books airport transfers, Semir (I think?).
The man who took our bags and got us water when we first arrived was extremely kind and helpful. Shoutout to him. The hotel is beautiful, and the tunnel to the beach is a nice addition. Just why do they keep it so hot?

I don't recommend this hotel at all. Don't be conned by the name "Crowne Plaza". You are in Turkey, after all. Nothing but rip off. We stayed there 8 night and pre paid meals.
Cross contaminated foods that sent my son to the hospital, although prepaid food they came knocking on my door at the middle of the night for 108 liras for a tiny bottle of coke. Bf sent flowers from Cicek Sepeti on my bday the receptionist didnt accept it. Although Osman bay did celebrate my bday with a nice cake after finding that out. The tour service offers taxis to the airpor, its suck a rip off and they were 30 minutes late

Lovely hotel. Staff were really nice. The only thing was that the room wasn't really cleaned properly during our stay.
Location was good as it was close to bars and restaurants, also the beach but it was a pebble beach.

Everything was perfect, room was clean and sizewise good. The staff super friendly, reception, restaurant, SPA, i always felt welcomed.
The breakfast is simply amazing, spa works perfectly and the gym is ok.

bed sheets and pillows made me sweat a lot while sleeping. I think it's nylon. The fabric must be cotton. This is the healthiest and cleanest. The vehicle charging area is outside the hotel. The room is clean but the furniture is very old. We stayed in a suite room with 2 adults and 3 children. But there were no children's beds. Instead, 3 folding beds were placed. It is very uncomfortable for children who will stay in the suite room.

Very clean hotel, Nice and clean rooms. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful Gym is bit small but ok and a fantastic in door pool. Spa facilities are good and price is very reasonable. The day I checked out I was still allowed to use the gym, pool and spa facilities.

Gulsina at SPA is very friendly and professional, Hair Salon is also very good.
The Houskeeping service was not good - sometimes they forgot to empty the bins, to place new items such shampoo, they took a toy of my child by mistake, then returned it, but nobody apologized. Breakfast could be better, the personal at the restaurant is very friendly.

Location is excellent. Overlooks the Medetteranean. However, the room was very hot even though it was end of November. Hotel technician said it was centrally controlled and guests could not adjust their room temperature.
QWe asked to check out at 2 p.m. being IHG members, but Mehmet, the receptionist, rejected our request. He wasn't nice at all.

The hotel is nice but not 5 star. They need to update the rooms. The pool area is nice. They have a tunnel to the beach across the street but it’s a rock beach not sand. The since beach clubs you can rent loungers. The breakfast was good. They don’t allow you to bring outside food into the hotel. The WiFi was ok.
