No remote in the room, carpets torn and beaten up, noise issues. Need updating. Friendly staff at check in and was very patient and accommodating.

Great property, feels safe, big rooms, nice breakfast and coffee is always available, really a great place. Only thing is that Moreno Valley is 1.75 to 2.5 hours to LA, something to keep in mind, is not that it is too far is just the LA traffic that is next to terrible, but other than that the hotel is actually pretty good.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Area feels safe. Parking feels safe. Good conveniences within walking distance. Slightly outdated rooms but better bang for bucks versus nearby hotels

The staff was very helpful and cheerful. Other than some bumps and bruises of the TV stand, the room was clean and a great place to rest after a long, hot day. We didn’t get to have breakfast because we had to be out early both days we were there, but it was a great stay.

Nice hotel to stay

This hotel location is very convenient, shopping mall and a lot choices restaurants and food places around here, central location, but it’s safe and quiet. Swimming pool very clean, good enough for kids to enjoy. Inside the room, my best experience is about the air conditioner, super quiet and sensitive, better than any other hotels we have been live before.

Very clean hotel room good amount of towels I liked how it’s right off the freeway exit. If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely book a stay here again.

Our stay was great!!.. The staff were all friendly, our room was clean had a little minor situation with our lights but maintenance came as soon as he had time. Overall we loved it.

Hotel staff was great , Room was clean overall hotel it great, parking lot not so much too many homeless cutting through the parking lot fence would not leave valuable in vehicles or travel with a moving truck

The only downfall was that we weren’t notified about their indoor pool being down when that was one of the reason why we booked with them, other than that the service was good and breakfast was basic but it was good everything you needed was there, definitely will come back …

After driving five hours with a toddler and a cat. Heading back home after a family emergency . I booked a LaQuinta hoping to get a decent level of service with brand I have had great experience with in the past. I entered the hotel and went to the desk. I was not even greeted with a smile or a hello. Just mean face and I need your credit card and ID. I handed my ID and my credit card from from of the 20 largest banks in USA. The clerk said you can’t stay here with that credit card from our owners don’t like it. I said I already paid on Expedia. She said we will accept it as a one time curtesy. I just went headed and handed her another credit card. After getting to my room I did see a email from hotel that they don’t accept prepaid debit card and only credits from major banks. The credit card in question is the 18th largest bank in the nation with Per US news.com I would think that qualifies as a major bank. I don’t know why I had to be treated like that and I cant even get a bit of friendliness or even a smile from the clerk. I was given a room with holes in the carpet and furniture scratched up. After I was done being checked in asked the clerk her name and she said Kierra she did not have a name tag on.

Needs maintenance… 1st room they gave us was the wrong one we wanted 2beds and we got a 1 king size bed. They put us in a 2nd room, the keys did not work. Once inside at first the A/C did not work we had to go to front desk again and the lady somehow made it turn on… also we were looking forward to use the pool and it was out of service, we should at least be notified when we do the reservation. Over all 4/10

We arrived early morning so we were charged extra. The hotel is outdated, the mattress was not your usual comfy standard, (primarily why we choose this hotel). The breakfast was basic. Carpet in the room was very worn, i was afraid to walk on it barefooted. Toilet was very low, hard to sit down and even harder to get up. +side. Shower water was hot.
