Everything, all staff friendly and welcoming. It was very clean, comfy and quiet.

The lighting and the colors gave it a nice warm welcoming.

Location. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent.

Bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable. Sheets in sofa bed looked like they had bot been washed in a while.

Food was good and the kitchen stuff was very nice

The "glasses" in the room were plastic. Plastic is ok but these were so thin they nearly collapsed when I tried to pick one up. The bathroom configuration was inconvenient. The towels were across the room from the shower. If you forget to put it closer, you trail water across the floor. For the money, it just felt a little cheap. We had to call the front desk for an iron and TV remote. The television channelling system was really confusing. Small things but, for the price, they add up.

The breakfast room and cook's attention to us was very pleasant. It really began our day to a nice start. I can see how this is a perfect stop when traveling from Arizona to the Bay Area.

The location at the time of the year was a bit chilly. The views are probably very nice in the spring after some additional precipitation and as the mountains come to life around the hotel.

The room were nice and big.
