Beautiful beach front and beautiful big swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ Staff are always around to offer a help. Food were great a bit pricy but suitable for the resort standards. We had a a great time . I travelled with my husband and another 6 more people in my group.

Our choice to book the relatively unknown Four Points was a gamble due to limited reviews and no actual photos available. However, our five-night stay in mid-December pleasantly surprised us. The hotel had recently opened, and we were among the first guests, enjoying the freshness of the facilities and excellent service. The staff's service-mindedness and courtesy was something else, we loved our stay here. With a capacity of 240 rooms, the hotel was nearly empty during our visit, providing ample space and solitude by the pool. We booked the King Deluxe Suite with a Pool View but encountered an issue with a blinking light in our first room. Despite initial attempts to fix it, the problem persisted. We were graciously upgraded to a suite due to this, a gesture we greatly appreciated. Our only feedback concerns the restaurant. Breakfast and poolside lunch options were delightful, but dining there for five consecutive nights grew monotonous due to the limited and inconsistent dinner menu. We look forward to the addition of another restaurant in the resort/area. The surrounding area lacked nighttime entertainment options, except for one restaurant up the beach. We also booked an underwater river tour through the hotel, which was smooth and highly recommended. Our stay at Four Points was remarkable, marked by impeccable service and the scenic location, and for us the unique experience of being in a nearly empty resort. If you're looking for a great stay in the area, come here!

The staff was nice and friendly. The area was quiet and peaceful , the beach and water nice & perfect. Walking along the beach was great, close access to transportation to underground caves and zip line. The property’s pool area and pool bar was out dated. The out door weight room equipment was oxidized and unable because it was to hot.

It was an amazing experience, staff was incredibly friendly and courteous.. entertain was an unexpected surprise..the beach was breathtaking and excellent swimming. The pool was great and We loved the swim up bar.. lots of great things to do there. I’ll be back soon!!

I can't comment on the property at all since my travel plans changed and I never was able to stay there. However, I can comment on the hotel's Customer Service or lack thereof. It was next to impossible to get a live person at the hotel to cancel or rebook the reservation, whether emailing the hotel or calling various phone numbers directly or trying to coordinate communications through Orbitz Customer Service. I have yet to receive a reply to my inquiry.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. I like the area. It is very picturesque.

It was an effort to get there but worth it. It is a two hour drive from the airport. We didn’t know there was 2 Sheratons one in town called boutique and this one called the resort. The resort property is breathtaking with a beachfront view and spectacular pool.

Cut myself on broken tiles in the pool that needs some major maintenance. Beds comfy and clean. Buffet was average, not well watched so some guests eating out of trays with fingers disgusting health hazard. Amenities fantastic

I booked the most expensive room in the hotel as a reward for a demanding two week business trip. I was disappointed. The bathroom had a strong smell of sewage after I took a shower - something wrong with the drain. I had to call the front desk three times and they still didnt fix it. So I changed rooms. The next morning when I went to take a shower there was no hot water and the stream was so weak I couldnt rinse my hair properly. If Im going to pay $200 a night for a room, I expect that the rooms would be in better shape than they were.

My family and I love the view at the beach. What I don’t like is that the AC was Leaking.

Staff was nice, original room we were placed in wasn’t really a pool view, but they moved us for the next two nights to a room that was perfect for our stay. Beautiful property and location

It was ok the cost of beer and the amenities was crazy expensive. 350 paso for one short candy bar. Forcing people of of the hotel to buy things they need is kinda crazy. Beer 3 time the price of the little store next door. We stay Sharidan and use what they have to offer. Gouging and forcing people to buy out side the resort is crazy. We did not buy out side but after we saw the bill maybe should have. Make us wana come back not look for a better place.

I loved having the pools in the center of the hotel and the views of the mountains and being so close to the beach. All the staff are so friendly and efficient.

Sheridan was good location and worked out well in terms of comfort except the daily breakfast which was inadequate at best. Guests start eating there early and foods are not replenished as needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheridan. The grounds were beautiful and neatly manicured, the room was very comfortable with a great bed. Service was impeccable. I had two wonderful treatments in the spa. A one hour massage and a foot treatment. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had, and I get them often, and the girl who provided the foot treatment removed my callouses, and my feet are so soft now. We dined at the restaurant both nights and the food was outstanding, and very affordable. I also enjoyed floating around in the beautiful swimming pool. It was the perfect temperature, and I spent hours there. We also enjoyed the swim up bar, where the bartender made me a perfect vodka martini. We were so pleased with Sheridan and highly recommend.

The overall hotel is nice and the setting is amazing. The beach has crystal clear water and no seaweed or corals. When we checked in on the way to the room there were dead flies in the hallway and damp on the ceiling of our room. We asked to change room and they gave us an ‘upgrade’ which was really the same room but in a better condition. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was badly maintained as there were tiles missing in the pool and for 2 days we had cold water - we asked them to fix it but they never managed to. The restaurant setting is lovely md the live band is nice. They have fire dancers which are great however it’s the same show every night. There are a few little restaurants that have great seafood if you walk to the right side of the beach.
