Great hotel for the price! Very clean with newly renovated rooms. We loved that they had Dove products in the bathroom.

It was a very clean and friendly place the breakfast was very good lots of choices but I was disappointed they didn’t have waffles. Only a pancake machine. Which makes horrible tasting pancakes.
The bathrooms needs to upgrade the lighting it’s so dim I can’t see to put on makeup. Beds are comfy tv too small and they should have put another tv in room where the sofa is. I couldn’t see or hear tv where it was in front of the 2 beds.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast offered was good and the people working the dining area were very pleasant. We will definitely stay there again

Lighting in room was terrible, especially the bathroom. We were there for a wedding and it was hard to get ready and do makeup with such terrible lighting.

Overall not a terrible experience but the room we had - the air condition didn't cool very well. We had asked about it they offered to come fix but never did. We dealt with it but it wasn't the best time. Luckily our other room air worked very well so we kept mostly cool there

The young man working the front desk was exceptional. He was fast and efficient with check in. Very friendly and even came and fixed our TV last evening when we were having problems getting it to work. He was outstanding

ONE Elevator that was SLOW and unsteady. Seriously? Our experience was okay, but witnessed the front desk staff being rude to another guest - not okay. Broken ice machine and tiny pool. meh.

One of the best places to stay in Marble Falls. Third time to Marble Falls second time stay here. Will stay again on my next yearly trip.

Seemed to be a newer Holiday Inn location or a very nice redo of one. Staff was great with our late check in. Breakfast had nice selection and was good.

The room was amazing. And the young man who was working the front desk was a sweetheart. He was so kind and personable. He is the kind of person that would make you was to go back

The hotel staff were very nice and welcoming. After arrival the elevator broke. We were told at check in that the elevator had just been fixed today, but I guess that didn’t work out. We also found two roaches in the room, one alive and one dead. Since we were only staying one night, the broken elevator and the roaches were not enough to make us change rooms, but I’m sure the staff would have accommodated the request, had we made it. The front desk lady did write down our room number to check about the roaches and possible spray. Breakfast was a regular continental hotel breakfast. Overall the stay was good other than those two things.

Elevator was broken in my room, just didn’t smell right. Out of coffee at breakfast even though they did replace it promptly - Room musty smelling not real clean feeling I will not stay there again.

The lady whom we talked to on the phone prior to coming here. She holded our because we arrived late. She very efficient on the front desk and customer service is her top priority. She even helped us with getting our luggage to our room.

Easy to get to and good parking. The morning breakfast was good; however, the waffle machine was broken, but had a variety of other items. We asked for a King but when we arrived, we were told that none were available.

Everything was fine, with the exception on the elevator going out. Had to use stairs, with my knees it as painful. Other than that, all good

It was good the only thing I would suggest is a little bit better on the breakfast. Instead of two types of sausage it shouldn’t be one type sausage and bacon so people who can’t or don’t like one or the other they’re is a choice. Also the pancake macodid not work.

The Hotel needs a proper upgrade. The carpet in the rooms were coming up at the seams - cheap remodel. The carpet transition to the bathroom was only 1/2 there. The hotel in general is not as clean as I would have expected for the money spent. Breakfast was very good, however the milk was expired and bad - I had to request fresh milk for my cereal.
