Beatiful, clean, wonderful hotel and beach

Management and service staff are very friendly and professional. Rooms are large, clean comfortable. Beach is sand and good for children also. We were three rooms (family meeting), everyone was very pleased with the hotel. We enjoyed so much and prolonged our stay, and decided to meet here everyyear. I highly recommend especially for families. Thank you Cocos the Club Team. We are already looking forward to having more happy days with you.

Resort was beautiful and very clean. Staff always tried to be helpful. Unfortunately there was very little at the resort and it was very far away from anything else. Drinks felt overpriced. half the beach was under construction and the surrounding area. A shop on site would of helped a lot or even better evening facilities.

It was a great stay. I can clearly say that it is the best hotel in Cesme, Alacati area. The beach, pool and all facilities are very good. Breakfast is great, room service and bar prices are average compared to the others in Alacati.

I was totally disappointed when they kept my daughter in distance room, and my room was smelling terrible. All what they offered me was to wash the curtains. They lack proper international standards.

This hotels is really nice. We got a good and warm welcome and really fast and good checkin. The Rooms are really nice and bigger size than normal. The breakfast is good and service as well. I can’t say anything negative, we enjoyed our vacation.

The location, the amenities, the staff, and that pool was excellent.
Ufuk at the restaurant and by the beach treated us like kings and queens.
Food was good too.

the beds were super comfy. The house-keeping comes late in the afternoon if the hotel is busy. the beach is nice and convenient for families with kids. The water is perfectly clear and the water was not too deep and it was sandy. the breakfast has a lot of varieties to choose from. There is an egg station that also makes very tasty waffles and pancakes.

One can see this was a seasonal hotel. Some places ( like the name of the hotel ) were worn-out and not been fixed. Simple things but been forgetten. It was nice to see the boardmembers of the hotel was going around and chit chatting with the guest. The service at the beach was slow but very good. Some things at the drink meny can be changed or make it better.( Like the FROZEN, it is not suppose to be crushed ice with watermellon juice which costs 25YTL. It was ridiculous.) Anyhow it is a nice place. They have great kitchen! .

I think the property is tucked away in a beautiful location . The great asset are the people who are kind helpful and very dedicated to what they do . The relationship between the management and the employees too is great you can tell the way they interact . Overall a great experience.

Great hotel and good service if you're looking for a calm vacation. The hotel shares the beach with Zao which is a famous beach for young people for weekends. Just the room service needs a bit improvement.

Nice hotel sharing the same beach with another day facility. Despite the hotel people tell you that you're allowed to use it ohe other guys bother you trying to toss you off to your side.

I stayed at this hotel for my friends wedding, and it was a most pleasant experience!! The location is absolutely breathtaking sitting on the Aegean Coast. The staff were all very friendly and courteous. I had taken the all inclusive option and all the buffets were good in both the dish selections and varieties. Good selection of house spirits were available for the drink selections.
Had a relaxing time there and enjoyed to the max! Will definitely go there.
WIFI was not available everywhere on the resort. It was not a issue for me as they had WIFI in the lobby.

the hotel is OK but maintenance is poor. It is not a classy 'boutique' hotel, which it is classified as. Although nice enough, it is not worth rate-card rates, but is reasonable value at discounted rates.
