We loved this hotel! Check in with Maydene (sp) was great and she was so kind to us. The hotel lobby was beautiful and very clean. Our room was spacious and clean. We stayed for two nights. We would stay here again!

The property was centrally located. The hotel was nice. The only thing I don’t agree with is the pet fee, the pet fee is $75. I assumed it’s for cleaning fee. What are the hotel cleaning, the hotel don’t have carpet on the floors. I think it should be based on the size of the dog. My yorkie is 6lbs and is pee pad trained, she’s not an outside dog, and for that reason I will not stay at the hotel. I also do not like the fact you have to pay for breakfast, when rates are so expensive. Basically we are paying the hotel for sleeping.

Overall a very good hotel. My only knock is Breakfast. It is not included. They have a "cook-to-order" menu, which is not exactly cheap. But the food is not that good either. The omlette was made of not-real-eggs. The veggies were overcooked and greasy . They need to do a lot better on the breakfast front.

Staff was supper friendly and professional. It was quiet and located in an area where there is no busy loud traffic. Could walk to dining areas if we wanted. Would recommend for business or vacation travelers.

Hotel was great we came from Michigan called to tell them our trip was taking longer than planned was hoping to get some kind of a discount because we couldn’t make our check in due to lots of construction the whole trip we had to pull over and rest because it was taking so long but we were told because we booked thru hotels.com that there was nothing they could due they said next time we need to book thru Hilton and then they could take a day off is this true?Thanks

Great location near Peachtree Cities best restaurants. Staff were super friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast was better than your average hotel breakfast. Housekeeping is everything other day I just didn’t know until the reminder on the bathroom mirror.

We got there and there was no water because they were doing work nearby and the water was turned off, I understand that but there were no hand cleaners in the bathroom, they should have offered bottled water also since we had no access to water. The bar and restaurant were not open except for Friday night over Memorial Day weekend even though they advertised they had a bar and dining.

To start the person that checked me in (I couldn’t understand them and they didn’t care)
I read the checkout sheet on the website and it said you HAVE A POOL AND A HOT TUB AND THERE is not one
Came down stairs in the morning and the person at the front desk was wearing a mask and I guess they were sick but came in front of people anyway
The night we checked in the manager gave us tickets for breakfast in the morning they were only good for coffee and dry cereal
AFTER THE AMOUNT I PAID I AM DISCUSED WITH THE HOLE PLACE
I repeat will never stay in an establishment that has your name on it again

We stopped in the bar area for a drink before going to our rooms and met Barb, the bar tender. Barb was so funny and friendly. Our group enjoyed being there so much we ended up staying for quite a while. Great job Barb!

Honestly was very disappointed with the staff. I come to this area for work frequently and arrange it with groups of people. We all had the same experience with the staff. We will try a different hotel next time we are in town

The hotel had had some construction (there were signs posted) and it looked like my room had been recently renovated. There was still what looked like dry wall dust all over the bathroom, the coat hangers (which got on my business clothes bc I didn't notice it at first), and kind of smeared on all the doorknobs like someone had tried to clean it off but didn't get it all, and the AC unit was spitting out black dust ball looking things that smeared like soot when I cleaned them up. All of that aggravated my sinuses and asthma. I feel like if it weren't for the contruction the room would have been really clean, as other areas (shower, sink, toilet, etc) were super clean and the main areas of the hotel lobby were very clean.

There is a considerable amount of construction going on. If you want to sleep past 8:00 then forget it. Hammering and sawing is the only quiet time you will get after 8:00am

We were greeted by an amazing woman who was absolutely outstanding. So friendly and caring. I was also texted which i am assuming was her? Maydene was the name. She made the stay great. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and efficient!

Very outdated. Doors need painting, glasses and trash left in hallway. Rooms still have Ethernet (who uses it) limited plugs around bed, and some so worn out they don’t work. Today it’s so easy to retrofit rooms with plugs with built in USB connections. Has car chargers and parking for golf carts. If you live in this golf cart community why would you stay in this hotel, and come on your golf cart? This hotel is owned by a company who says it buys hotels and modernizes them. They sure don’t have this one to Hilton Garden Inn standards in anyway but price.

Unfortunately not as great as what I normally get at Hilton Garden Inn. Hotel could use some updates. Continental Breakfast not included with stay but didn’t find that out until a lady came running out of the kitchen asking my room number and if I’m a gold member. Only me no other patron was asked and they came before and after me.
The person that checked me in advised me of breakfast hours and options as if they were included. Fortunately I spoke to Kadeesha at the front desk who was very kind and waived it as a courtesy.
Showers and room were clean with the exception of a small d at loser in my bed.
