The rooms are dirty! The bathroom door slides shut but is difficult to open and close. The bathroom light turns on above sink in room so it lights up the whole room, really a problem in middle of night. The shower is like stepping into a capsule, no light in the shower so it is very dark. Shower floor is VERY slick! The room smells very musty. It will have to be the only place available for us to ever stay there again!

Ever heard of "lipstick on a pig?" ... PROS: - location, - "clean" appearance from the outside of the building and then coming into the lobby - smelled fresh, - courteous workers CONS: - first king room, second floor - *STRONG* MUSTY, MOLDY smell, - second king room, first floor - SAME, w/wet carpet by the window and press-board night stand falling apart, - third king room, first floor - EXACTLY THE SAME - fourth room was 'acceptable', but we could still smell the must. However, by this time we were running late for our event so we accepted it. The shower was nice, but it had a HUGE gap underneath the door to the floor and water flooded out onto the flooring and carpet edging with each use (probably contributing to the musty smell). Also, we were awaken at 8 am on a Saturday morning by a weed-eater right outside of our window as well - really?! Bottom line - there is ABSOLUTELY no way someone did not know about these rooms and their issues, yet they continued to offer them up for use. Only the 'hard of smelling' could have accepted a night's stay in either of the first 3. Talk about a health hazard for those w/severe allergies! We would NOT recommend this hotel.

Needs an upgrade very badly. Please start with the carpeting.

The staff. They were great, especially the lady at the breakfast area. Made our waffles and engaged with the guest. Everything we wanted and needed was within walking distance. You could drink more than one adult beverage and walk back to the hotel.

Good: This is a very basic no-frills property but safe, clean, and well kept. Very comfortable beds with a generous number of good pillows. Not so good: The lobby smells as if an entire box of carpet deodorizer was used daily for the past 5 years. Terrible. Almost headache-making. Fortunately, the smell did not carry over into the room. Breakfast was ONLY fruit juice, bagels, waffles, syrup, and bad coffee. The property is nestled among a little shopping center with some store brands most people will recognize, (Fleet Feet, Lululemon) plus a starbucks, Arby's, and chipotle.

Pleasant staff, clean room,comfortable stay

THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE OLD WET CARPET. THE HEADBOARD FELL OFF THE WALL DURING THE NIGHT. THE FRONT DESK CLERK WAS GREAT RAY BUT OTHER THEN THAT IT'S A NEVER AGAIN.

I have stayed here several times in the past. The hotel seems to be falling down. The inside of the bathroom door looked like someone peed on it and the carpets and door were not functioning properly. Carpet had runs and bumps and the door barely shut properly or tightly.

Great location

The location itself was fine. It was interior that was what caused me to rate the location as I did. The rooms I was offered had spots where there were discoloring in the metal and both rooms were very musty and had a chemical smell. When asked, the front desk attendant said the carpets had just been cleaned, so that might have been the reason for the smell and mustiness. Any other day, I’m sure this place would have been fine to stay at, but just not that night.

I have absolutely zero complaints about the staffing and the low review should not reflect them at all. When we arrived our room stank of staleness and was obvious an AC issue that caused it. Our room never really got to a comfortable temperature during the night. The rooms need an update along with the equipment. Such a shame because this place is in a PERFECT and beautiful location with so many dining options and shopping right outside of the parking lot

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Having coffee or drinks available 24/7 ( besides in room coffee maker) would be a plus. I have stayed at other Sleep Inns with this feature.

The entire property and especially the room have a weird smell. It's almost as if the carpets or something in the rooms are moldy? I am not sure. But it is a stale smell. They need to change the carpets I think. Breakfast is meh. No real healthy options. The good thing though is that the rooms are the cheapest in this locality.

We arrived early and the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful. Said if we went and had some lunch and a stroll, our room would be ready when we got back. It was! Great service. Our only complaint would be the change out the shower controls

Nice facility and nice staff

Beautiful area hotel use to be nice and clean but some guests have come and left roaches behind and housekeeping is not doing their job! I got a room with a large urine stain and it was still wet! When they changed my room as soon as I opened the door a roach was running across the floor! I’m disgusted!

We really enjoyed everything about our stay!! We will be coming back.

I stayed for 4 days, everything was great BUT I left my Remarkable 2 pen on the nightstand. I checked out, drove 2 mins to my training venue realized I left it went back (within 17 min of checking out) and it was not there. Front desk was not helpful, housekeeper was rude and not helpful management has never returned my call!
