Stay was everything we needed… warm, comfortable and clean room and beds.Easy connect to event center. Nice breakfast area. Would recommend to others!!

The only thing I have to complain about is the chlorine in the pool. We were there for my son’s State trapshooting and the chlorine burnt his eyes. It was really hard for him to see He didn’t shoot very well because of it.

The bed in my room was not comfortable had to sleep in the middle of the bed to get comfort. Another patron of the hotel I ran into said there bed was the same as well.

The bed was very uncomfortable. A hotel with a bad bed is like expensive camping, without the view.

Was in town to volunteer at the Nebraska State Fair and the family came with. It was very close to the grounds and looks like a pretty new facility. Some of the other places are quite dated and this one stood out as being in better shape than the other options. Overall, it was worth the higher price. They seemed pretty strict about "no food or drink" in the pool area. We didn't test it, even though it's nice to have a drink in the hot tub, which they actually have. Seems to be less and less hotels that actually have a hot tub anymore. Anyway, we would stay again. Pretty good hot breakfast as well.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this Best Western Plus! It was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We enjoyed the lobby for its comfort level. I would have loved to use the pool, as my husband enjoyed it immensely. Our breakfast was fabulous and flavorable. The staff was professional and caring. We would definately stay there again!

I scheduled a reservation through Expedia, and there was a mix up with the (single) date of my stay. They refused to reschedule or refund my reservation. Myself and Expedia tried, politely, for weeks.
I know for certain that this Best Western in Grand Island, Nebraska was not fully booked on any of the evenings I was asking to move my reservation to. It was poor business, and I won't be back.

We arrived at 3;30 and told the room not ready and check in is 4:00. We left to get supplies and came back at 4:00 and told room still dirty. We had a meeting dinner at 5:00. We had to wait in lobby and room not available until 4:30 past so called check on. Not offered any discounts etc. we arrived late and made us look unprofessional being late. The front manager was nice but should have been offered something

Overall our experience was good. Nice neat rooms. Front desk was very well experienced & had a greeting smile. The person at the front desk during check in (sorry forgot his name) was very friendly. Rooms were big and neat. Breakfast was okay. Had what you need to start the day. Neat spread out. Overall very good experience.
