Clean and comfortable and good sized room

The ac didn't work in our room and we had to switch rooms

I loved how welcoming the front desk was and she helped me change my information for my rewards. She even had a conversation with me and talked to my girls.

Could have used better food for breakfast. Offered more drinks. More room to eat.

breakfast lacked some of what you expect today.

The entrance, hallways and room were all very clean. The breakfast was very good. A staff member opened up the conference room for us to eat our breakfast due to breakfast area being full. Pool was excellent.

It was clean & comfortable. Kent was at the front desk at checkin and was extremely helpful with inf information about the area including Hastings whe where we were heading the next day.

Checking out Sunday morning about 10am I was unable to get a receipt. The woman at the desk said since I booked with booking.com they had to email me a receipt as she couldn’t get into site. This has never happened before and I usually book with booking.com and get a receipt at the front desk.

Room was clean, large and had good amenities.

The breakfast was low quality and inexpensive, food taste was bad.

It was quiet and the best mattress I slept on of the hotels I have stayed at. I had the best nights sleep.

All was great except the thin walls. Other people were loud. The breakfast was awesome. Thank you.

Maybe a room that was quite. People next to us was very loud.
