Parking was a bit tight and hard to park in some area's, especially with a one way drive through but other than that, it was good, i would stay here again

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and patio

Room 56 was very spacious however the air-conditioner control didn't work and l nearly fell off the toilet seat because it wasn't fixed securely.

Tired room Broken toilet seat Noisy buses late and early for mine workers and Railway workers living on site. Meal on-site was fair.

Can walking to Main Street without an issue, but still away from all the traffic noise

Very close to town and also property was very clean and tidy.

Hotel is in a great spot, was a stop off point for the night, easy walk in the morning to the gardens.

Comfortable, quiet. Welcoming check in. A Spa grocery shop 100m walk away, and the pub 400m walk away. Ideal for our overnight stop on our journey. Well done.

In Emerald for family get together, travelling with my wife & 3 daughters.Middle of Summer so air conditioning essential.Route 66 proved a good base conveniently located next to Emeralds Botanic gardens (well worth the early morning walk), Shopping centres, Town pool & Fast food all within easy drive.Family room had two queen beds & sofa - all quite comfortable. Air conditioning, somewhat noisy but efficient - no problems sleeping. (Is located next to the train line - but trains infrequent, did not find this a problem) Kitchen area small & behind the entry door - did find this very cramped to do cooking, Pool is small (spa not many bubbles) but much appreciated after a hot days drive.Good Laundry and clothes line (no in-room hanging area)Thank you for having us. We had a wonderful stay

Basic, clean accommodation with everything that is needed. Comfortable beds. Pool - small - enough to cool off, but not to spend the day relaxing by. Easy walk into town and facilities.

My mum stayed there and woke up with bites from bed bugs. Checked mattress and it was cut and very stained. Made management swap mattress over from another room.
