This hotel is in bad need of an upgrade. Rooms are small, bathroom has a big step up from bedroom floor and is tiny. Lots of noise from the street at night. Good point is hotel is close to Kanazawa station easy walk. Only stay if you are desperate.

Room layout is great; able to have 2 medium luggage and 1 handcarry on furniture/stands, plus lots of small compartments for small items. King size bed. Sufficient cloth hanging space. Sufficient hot water for shower. Convenient location. Highly recommended.

Thought it was close to the station but it turns out it’s hard to walk to there in poor weather conditions. Staffs were nice but not the dining time arrangement as it somehow mislead the travellers on when they can get in.

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station and Omichi Market. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was welcoming and clean. However, once we got to the floor our room was on, it wasn't so clean compared to other hotels we'd been staying in across Japan. The a/c is seasonal, so in Oct it's only a heater, which meant we had to sleep with windows open to keep cool. It wouldn't have been a problem except it was noisy outside late into the night and starting early in the morning. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Very good budget hotel. Perfect for a couple of days sight seeing trip when you're spending very little time at the hotel and don't need lots of space. Having said that, it was very comfortable with a good bed, good shower, effective air-conditioning and quiet; all things I look for in a hotel, whatever the budget. The location was fine - very convenient for the train station - but not next to Kanazawa Castle as the name suggests (maybe 15-20 mins walk away). I'd definitely recommend though and will use this hotel chain again.

Nice hotel with a very nice breakfast (including some western stuff) and nice placement near the train station. We walked to the main city attractions but you have loads of transport possibilities in the area. Also a lot of restaurants are close by.

Great hotel for a short stay. Very clean and well located. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a bit small and bathroom tiny. Breakfast was on the expensive side.

Very close to the train station. The location was excellent and the staff was super nice, however, the room we were in had an ant problem even though the room was on the second floor. The curtains were broken and the window sills were so dusty and dirty. They definitely need to pay more attention to details. This place can be an excellent place to stay if they would fix the issues that I mentioned.

Very tidy and clean. Air-con works well. But room is small and hard to open luggage. Unexpectedly the hotel have onsen (hot spring), very comfortable!

Excellent price at around Aud seventy. Very close to station. Clean and comfortable. I had a nice, well laid out room facing on to a public park with distant views to mountains, on the 6th floor. A friend was not so lucky and got a room facing the street which was noisy with the window open. It paid off for me to ask for a room on a high floor, not facing the street and away from the elevator and a window that opened! All my requests were fulfilled, and I enjoyed my room (Standard twin - renovated). About a 25 minute walk to most tourist destinations - but easy flat walking and the bonus being easy to get to and from the hotel from the station with bags.

It was easy to walk to from the train station, though not particularly close to the castle in spite of the name. The staff were all wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic and extensive.
