Absolutely amazing property, I would highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back.
One thing I did bring up and would like to see changed would be the lighting in the room, there was no "nighttime" light, the lights were either full on or full off, I would love to see a relaxing light for going to sleep, but that's just a personal thing.

The staff is very friendly super nice.
Nice place to sleep and then go to the beach. Basic needs but for the price and a wonderful staff I would recommend it. There is no elevator and many stairs.

Staff is very friendly. Hotel is in Romantic zone, and be ready to venture out because the property is not as advertised. The hotel is much nicer is the pictures. The rooftop pool is a deal cement basin filled with water. No bar or bartender in sight. Be prepared to venture out for all activities. While the hotel was clean, our bathroom smelled like raw sewage.

They staff was very nice and helpful! The property is a boutique hotel that sits up high on the hill overlooking the city and bay with a beautiful view! There are a lot of stairs to climb and there is no elevator but, in the future they have plans to install an elevator. On the corner there is a nice, small , cozy restaurant with classic jazz music that has a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner, the toast with Avocado and egg is delicious! At the end of the street there is a tram with a driver that takes you up and down the hill and with water features and lush landscaping .When you get off the tram there are restaurants, shops everywhere and the beach a block in front of you.#1 Coco's Kitchen has a delicious breakfast in a very nice setting. #2 Angel's Burgers and Tacos The food was delicious!

Hotel and staff were nice. Located close to many bar and food options as well as short walk to beach. There are alot of stairs around and minor things they seem to already be working on with renovations. I felt safe staying here met so many nice people at hotel. Will stay again

charming hotel in zone romantica. view from the rooftop/pool is amazing! hotel is situated on top of a hill so it is quite a trek to walk up to the hotel. our room was a nice size with a hammock and a generous size balcony. i really like that the hotel provides water via water dispenser in the lobby and on the 3rd floor landing by the stairs. it is also awesome to be in a hotel that has an actual ice machine!!! staff were all friendly and helpful. hotel provides coffee and bananas in the morning; nice way to start the morning!

Amazing roof top views! The pool is small but mighty because of the entire view of the city. The Air conditioner was so crisp lol i know that’s a strange review but when you have been in the hot humid sun all day the crispness of the AC hits differently to sleep. The location is amazing and like a five minute drive to the gayborhood of PVR. Will a hundred percent be staying here again in the future!

The hotel is up in a hill, so it is a little difficult to go up and down.
It is a few minutes away from the restaurants, the beach and stoes.

I appreciated Christian’s hospitality. He was both polite and professional. I also appreciated him carrying my extra heavy suitcase all the way up the stairs. A handsome guy with a great attitude.
Though the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, the bed was comfortable and view from my balcony was great. Whole hotel was spotlessly clean.

Nice location, however know that it’s a good uphill trek from the beach and bars. Room was nice with great views, bed was a little firm.

The guy at the front desk was so nice - Alexander. He helped me when I cut my finger by bandaging and putting alcohol on it.

There was construction in the next room. I asked about moving and the front desk did not try to change our room. The room had no balcony or access to outside. The bar tender was not friendly in rooftop. But otherwise it was clean and adequate. Location was good

We were given a room on the third floor, and although the room was nice, we were not told there would be construction happening on the penthouse, which was directly above us. The construction happened until early evening and began again mid morning.
Also, the drain in the shower did not drain very well so by the end of your shower, you would be standing in about an inch and a half of water. The employees were very kind and and we’re very very good at accommodating us, as English speakers and if I weren’t for the construction, we would’ve really enjoyed our stay.
