Lovely location but very overpriced. Stayed before but the prices went up this year. Hotel is gorgeous and I was happy with the service. Rooms immaculate and serviced daily.

Fabulous stay, the room was lovely. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast did you for the day, and if still hungry free scones and tea from 3 to 5. Will definately stay again

We a fantastic stay in Hermanus. The Hotel is in a great location, the room was lovely and the service excellent.

The rooms are very basic but clean but there is no generator so during load shedding which happens minimum of twice a day for 2hrs each time - there is no wifi, lights, aircon , elevators etc

Generator below our room spewing diesel fumes into our room. Room had no views

Harbour Hotel try to sell room with the view and when you book you get an room with a fancy name Sky Room, its in another building facing to an market that start making sound 0630 and a disco that end 0200 and an elevator that you hear from the room. And around the pool you have an zoo with free roaming dogs. So disapointed, never again.

It’s the best view in Hermanus. You cannot ask for better. Will DEFINITELY recommend.

The staff were very accommodating, there is still an issue pending regarding the hotel cancelling our stay rather than amending it. Nevertheless well recommended.

Great stay, comfortable room, venue proximity to town is convenient. Very close to a festive square and restaurant which might not be suitable for those who wish to go to bed early. Good spot overall.

well the staff were great but I expected to have view of ocean but I was put in annex across street.I wanted a Hotel with bath. this is the worse I have encountered. So it looks pretty deep sides but not very practical.I as a 76 yea old man could not get out.There were no handholds.I struggled for an hour to muster the strength to push myself up out iof it.An awful experience. yhen I had trouble getting out as this building had no reception.Also it took me a while to find hotel in first place as its name id hidden around a corner not prominent for a stranger.I think I paid over the odds for something that is not what it seems an harbour view.

I’d stay again; but would prefer to stay in the main house - it’s not made clear that other rooms are in a building across the road; I’d also try to avoid a busy weekend when the place is overrun with screaming children! Not the hotels fault of course! The pool area is great and the views amazing!

Excellent location to walk to restaurants and shops, large comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff, beautiful pool lawn and pool area with stunning vista of the sea and mountains beyond.

Very good. It was a perfect day in Hermanus. The view across the ocean is spectacular. This place is a must on your bucket list .

excellent location. Very nice size room. Always nice to have a kitchenette with crockery and cutlery at your disposal. Chair in our room needed attention, bottom falling apart. Light in bathroom mirror was out, but otherwise very clean. excellent wifi.
