Where do I begin! Well when I got to my room went to use the bathroom the toilet seat was filthy, it also was stopped up and unusable, the room telephone did not work. Also the room itself furnished NOTHING as far as any kitchen equipment. After a couple of hours I did find a tent on the floor that said if you needed anything call. How was that possible if the phone wasn’t working?
The front desk was unmanned after 10 but when I used the lobby phone I was able to reach someone on the lobby phone and my toilet was cleared.
Also who still has a 32” TV? I could hardly see it from the bed. The heater and the bathroom fan was very loud.
I travel extensively and this hands down was my worst hotel experience!!!!
There were a couple of other issues with the room but I just listed the major issues.
I would like a full refund for the horrible experience!!!!!

WiFi was down so I wasn’t able to check in, was told I would get refunded for the night I wasn’t able to stay and then never was.

Our room had feces stains on the walls, along with crayon, burn marks and other various stains. Even our linen was stained and there were no replacements available. The entire property smells like people are actively smoking marijuana at all hours of the day and night. The dresser handles were broken. The sink counter was broken. It was an absolutely terrible experience.

We won't stay there again. They have kitchenettes in the rooms and someone burnt food on their stove. We had a fire alarm go off at 11 p.m. and had to walk down 4 flights of steps to get out of the building. It was over in an hour but that disturbed our sleep (and most guests just stayed in their rooms). Plus there were no grab bars in the shower and the tub was too high for me to enter (I'm very short and disabled). IF they had a grab bar I could have gotten in to the shower. Instead I had to take a sponge bath (after traveling all day). And the room was DIRTY. Blood stains on the carpet. Paint all over everything. My feet were filthy just walking to the bed. Sorry, but it wasn't a good experience at all. Did I mention that the first room they gave us was occupied and we walked in on someone in that room? The desk clerk was clueless.

Saw cockroaches in the room. There wasn't even anyone to tell before check out because their front desk doesn't open until 9am.

Disgusting, dirty, smelled horrid, no staff at night. We arrived after midnight and no one was there. It took us 45 minutes to get in touch with someone to let us in. The room we were given was filled with dog urine and feces. It smelled so bad and there were puddles of pee under the bed. When we tried to get a different room we waited an hour for an employee and no one came. We slept in the car. I had to buy cleaning supplies in the morning to go into the room, clean it and then shower. The front desk staff said no refunds and they can’t do anything. I will be reporting this to the health department. It is worse than a motel 6 or truck stop motel. Unsanitary, unsafe conditions that no human being should have to stay in.

I tried to contact the staff at 10 o'clock, but no one answered. Even when I called 500, no one answered. It's really terrible!!! I have never seen a hotel without any staff or security personnel. I did not successfully check into the hotel and I hope the hotel can refund me!!!

The Room had Roaches in Bathroom and Room. But otherwise was clean! (Sheets/Fridge/Countertop/ Microwave was clean).

We arrived and were placed on a lower floor due to elevators being out of service. Once we checked into the room, my 2 year old saw baby cockroaches crawling all over the pillows and was screaming in terror. I pulled the side table out and found the rest of the roach family eating someone's leftovers. We went to the front desk for assistance but no one was there. I tried calling, but no answer. The next day I called and requested refund, which was approved. They apologized and let us know they knew about the roach issue in advance and had pest control service scheduled. They confirmed they would provide a refund. The refund never came and Expedia also declined to provide a refund. I still try to call the hotel to find out why they declined the refund when Expedia called to inquire about it, but they never answer their phone.

Don’t ever book here, property didn’t honor my reservation and I was made to find other accommodation after traveling on the road from out of town. Horrible management

Absolutely filthy and disgusting hotel. Slept in my clothes and was up and gone asap, after maybe 4 hours of horrible sleep. Avoid this dump at all costs.

No elevator. You have to carry all luggage up stairs. Staff was not helpful with checking in etc. Do not buy through 3rd party. Ex: expedia

The floors in the halls were dirty and probably not washed in a long time. The would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to open up the front desk for a 1am check in arrival. Then was informed that they had no reservation for the night in my name. Then was also informed they had no available rooms for the night. Very very disappointing after driving two hours from Charlotte. Very very inconvenient for much needed rest for the next days travels. Very very unprofessional and unexpected for a guaranteed online booking from such a national online booking chain. I expect a full, unquestioned refund for such a sad and poor experience encountered as a first for this very experienced traveler. Very disappointing!!!

I did not like anything about my stay. The place was infested with roch nothing work. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I booked 3 nights but only stay for one because it was too scary and dark outside to go look for somewhere else for I arrived a little late. Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I did not get any sleep. I was promised a refund for the other 2 nights but since I booked through Expedia they told me i was not going to get one. Expedia is horrible as well, I feel they get people the worst deals and when things fall apart they do not refund. I will not book anything though then anymore and will make sure I tell my friends not too either

There’s no cleaning of your rooms, only upon checkout. There are people smoking weed in front of the entrance. The halls and into the room smells like cigarettes and animal urine. It’s in a great location but needs better control of what goes on throughout the property and a better cleaning program.

I do not consider this a hotel as people actually live there. Section 8 homes. The place and the room didn’t look anything like the advertisement. People were walking up and down hallways until almost 2:00 am if not later. We wouldn’t have stayed, but I would have lost my $$ for the room. Never again, at any one of their hotels.

This hotel was awful. There was trash around the front and back entrance. Both trash cans were overflowed. When you enter the front foyer, it had an awful smell. The front desk attendant was not customer service friendly at all. Because of the lack of cleanness, poor customer service. I did not stay at this hotel and lost my entire money because of it. I am completely speechless. If you are looking for a clean, decent hotel, RUN.. this one is NOT it.

Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and with the exception of a bit of rust in the shower and stained shower curtain, in a excellent condition. Bed was comfortable and bedding was fresh and clean. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

The check in was fine except for the several people outside smoking dope at every door. There was no lobby and the hotel smelled awful. Our room was not clean (dirty qtips under the heating unit) and we had roaches crawling the walls. The people above us , very possibly long term residents were up until 300am making a ridiculous amount of noise. Very dissatisfied with the overall 10 hours we were checked in to this hotel. Will never return.

Roaches everywhere no room service for a 2wk stay( no fresh towels, toiletries ,clean sheets) shower wasnt a shower half the lights didnt function. Animals constantly using restroom in elevator and in the halls and not being cleaned up for long periods of time

The vast majority of hotel residents are permanent to the location. This causes there to be a lot of different cooking odors and scents of various smoking agents that are heavy in the air. I am really not sure why Expedia use such a place in a flight/hotel package. This was very disappointing

We bailed out at 10pm on our stay and went to another hotel. Bugs on the walls. Dirty carpet. Loud. Reaks of cigarette smoke. Nope.
