Very old and dirty, beds are uncomfortable

It’s a great stay for low budget travelers. I was upgraded to a king room

The floors were dirty, the mattress was very uncomfortable, the window had no screen and no way to lock it. Newport is awesome, this hotel not so much.

Basic room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Wish there was a fan or AC in the room, as it got very hot in there. There were no screens on the windows so didn’t feel comfortable leaving a window open.

It was equal to motel 6. It was a room with a bathroom. No frills, just a place to rest. It served its purpose.

Simple, clean, easy to find. I needed a place to sleep after going on a charter fishing trip. This place was perfect.

Not too bad

I usually don't have high expectations when I book the cheapest hotel, but this place was adequate. Not real modern, but clean and the location worked for me. I'd have someone check the frig in Room 102. It is not level so the door doesn't close, hence the freezer covered with frost. All in all, not much to complain about.

Great service by front desk but rooms are horrid. Extremely filthy with blood spray on bathroom wall. Duct tape on headboards, boogers on the walls. Floors so filthy that they turn your feet black. Tweakers and homeless right outside our door. No window locks or AC. Not even a small table. Linens were yucky and the coffee pot cord doesn't even reach an outlet. Had to brew it on a box I had. Overall terrible experience, would NEVER reccomend. I feel bad for the front desk guy, he was super nice but the lack of cleanliness just made the whole experience terrible.

Broken furniture, the grounds are not well maintained. No air conditioning, the heater was not working either, This place has been run into the ground, and it’s not even cheap.

I ordered a queen bed we got a full size.room was clean but this was far from ready to rent out . I've never had a room that felt like a prison cell. Desk front of drawer was broken off and sitting in the corner. My advice is never to book a room at this hotel. Very disappointed. It ruined our 48 th anniversary. Thank you very much.

Very noisy by the road. Housekeeping seemed sketchy (e.g. used coffee pod still in maker). I would not stay there again.

This was the dirtiest, noisiest motel I have stayed in a long time. Layers of dust throughout the room. Stunk of mildew. Halogen lights right outside your windows. Pillows that you would find at a dollar store. Hallways were filthy. This place should be condemned.

They were kind to send a person for our late check in as we miscalculated our travel time- however the after hours reception host failed to provide us with the wifi and so we couldnt access internet. There was a few street engaged infividuals hanging around the parking lot and that made me feel unsafe heading to my car for items. We didnt find the bed comfy as it was squeaky and old but the room was clean. All in all we felt it was a bit expensive for the value.

Would not stay again. Room was dirty and not maintained well. There was a random piece of a drawer just by the door, holes in the wall we had to stuff with towels, and lamps that look older than dinosaurs. We came in and there was still food in the fridge and still trash in the drawers. It was very ratchet. Front desk guy was very nice though and was understanding when I asked for early check in for a wedding.

It was a good value and nice place to stay

Inexpensive, small room, mostly clean but shabby condition. No chair, no desk, only one bedside table.

When my boyfriend and I stayed here it was one of the worst hotels we have ever been in. As soon as you walk in the room it’s smells so nasty, curtains had stains,towels had hair blond hair before we even used it we both have black hair. TV control did not work, the tv stand look like it was broken and drawers did not work. Bed was not comfortable at all . Over all I wish I could them a 0. I do not think this motel should be open at all I really wish I could my money back . Almost $250 for a king size bed room was not worth at all. The windows did not have the screen so we could not get any air in I was celebrating my birthday & honestly this hotel ruined it for me . I would not recommend

This property was extremely dirty, had absolutely no airflow inside of the hotel room whatsoever. There was more than a few shady characters hanging around the hotel room participating in some suspicious activities.

If I could give zero stars for this hotel I would the hotel staffs are very unprofessional and rude two hours before my arrival I got a call from someone from their hotel and just because I asked if they had any rooms with queen size beds he said he was annoyed and didn’t wanna deal with me and I told him I’m sorry it was just a question. He then told me that I had to pay for the room so I told him I would then I asked about a second room and he said he didn’t wanna deal with me anymore that he was just gonna cancel the room he hung up on me and canceled my room two hours before I arrived. I was supposed to be there at midnight and my family and I had nowhere to stay most hotels were booked out. I called and called until finally, someone else answered the phone and he checked on my room and he said that it was canceled. I told him somebody from his hotel canceled it minutes ago. He was being extremely rude as well and told me that that was impossible so I told him he could check his call log and check if my room was still available and he said it was but I was gonna pay almost double what I had booked it for two weeks prior. This hotel is a joke. I don’t recommend it not even as a last resort. Save your money.

Nice spot, clean but no a/c

For the price we paid per night (179$) the room and facility felt like section 8 housing. The room also had a very funky smell. The corridors smelt even worse. Would not recommend.

Got , screwed by expedia, Room was supposed to be $139. Expedia charged me $195. Pretty m dissapointed in expedia for charging almos $60 more than the location wanted for the room. Not happy about being overcharged and i have a printout from the hotel. Showing that w / tax i shouldve only been charged $149.

The service was good, room nice and clean

I believe one of the two buildings was for living rather than being a place to say while on vacation. I didn’t feel safe staying there even for one night. No air conditioning, furniture in very poor condition.

2 bags garbage behind door, towels had holes in them, other then that was ok
