Another great stay at Ultiqa Air on Broadbeach. Easy and so close to everything. Love it

Carpark was a challenge and the dual lift system just poor design. Lots of dust buil up inside the apartment and dirty floor tiles in the bathroom. Apartment was well appointed and views spectacular. Staff were fantastic and friendly, in particular the young male cleaner who opened doors for people etc..

Great location, right across from the beach, above the Oasis shopping centre. Room was spacious, views of the ocean all day long. Quiet in the evenings, comfy bed, good shower pressure all you need really!

Beautiful view ocean front ~ whales and dolphins absolutely spectacular xx fine dining bars ~ Surf club facilities everything was just magic 🙏

Unfortunately the first 3 bedroom apartment we were put into was very tired and rundown. There was black mould on 2 of the airconditioning vents in the lounge. There was a lack of lighting throughout and the light switches were put in a tricky place which made it them to hard to access for kitchen and bathrooms. Paint chipping off and marks on the majority of the walls. The 2 single beds were also very hard. After complaining about our room we had to wait until the next day for something to be done about it which ended up being swapping rooms to a higher floor with an extra room (giving us 4 bedrooms) this apartment was a lot nicer (only downfall was the air conditioning didn’t work which we were told about prior to moving). Also parking is very annoying due to how far you have to drive up in the carpark. Would we stay again? No. Would we recommend it to others? No The only saving grace about our stay was the lovely girl on the front desk who made the changes etc for us easy and her communication was top notch.

The best view on the Gold Coast! We stayed in an ocean view room on level 9. Best view of the beach and convenient location to walk to Pacific Fair and exquisite dining options.

So hard to find the right parking space, more proper signage needed. It was like driving through a maze. Made me dizzy and stressed.

Great position, cumbersome parking / check in and check out when you have a car, but very uncomfortable bed - made it the deal breaker for any return trip

Location of property was great. Lot’s of dining options & all were awesome. Unfortunately our apartment was in need of some maintenance & good scrub in areas. Kitchen & shaving cabinet doors require some attention. Tiles on bathroom floors require a good scrub, not just a general vac & mop. Glass top on bedside cabinet is chipped on corners so I cut my hand on it. Bathroom door is water damaged & swollen on bottom edge which just looks like a budget motel. Toilet seat hinges a bit dodgy & I know the age of the building but would expect a new soft close seat after all these years. Frying pan needs replacement. Have to say I was impressed with all staff. Friendly & helpful including cleaning staff, concierge & even guy testing pool chemicals was friendly. It would book again but would consider other options at this price point.

A really excellent one bedroom appartment on the 17th level. Direct access to the Oasis Shopping Centre and more high quality Restaurants all around this building.

Top notch location with oceanfront views. Great staff and lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance. The only issue during this visit was the construction that was going on right outside our balcony. Started around 7am, very early wakeup call when you are on holiday!!

Our 3 night stay was lovely. The 2 bedroom ocean front apartment we had was gorgeous, the views were amazing. The location is so convenient, so many restaurants close by and also Pacific Fair. The pool area was really nice, but maybe could do with more sun lounges. The staff were all very nice and helpful, we would definitely stay here again.
