The convenient location and stunning views on 3 sides of the apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean.

It would have been good to have a few more items in the kitchen such as useful cooking utensils, multi purpose spray, and some basics like salt and pepper and cling wrap and foil.

Excellent location for Central Surfers but on the quieter side of the Gold Coast Highway. Felt secure, clean bright and comfy apartment with lovely views.

Glass shower door needed stoppers as they open freely and bang the walls. But mostly I couldn't fault our stay.

Clean comfortable location

I was confused about the bond payment. I received a text saying I had to pay a bond but could not do it. Is their payment system so had to go into the office next day. It was all a bit confusing and difficult to get back to do the payment.

The location is just 1km to almost everything you need when on a holiday. It is clean and perfect for a family of 4 adults.

No cleaning on daily basis. Pricy in terms of standard. No restaurants very near by.

Overall apartment was reasonably clean, modern and maintained. It was a good size with views of the river.

The sheets in bedroom 2 on the single beds were pretty rancid and foisty smelling. On the bottom of the kitchen bin was a fishy liquid which should have been rinced and cleaned with a prior clean. Location was close to centre and cafes but also close to several backpacker hostels, so plenty of e-bikes abandoned blocking pavements and broken bottles from the boozy nights before.

Decent location, a little bit of a walk to caville, but not too far. Air-conditioning worked well.

Shower water pressure was extremely weak. Our showers would turn hot and cold throughout our shower. We asked management to take a look, which they promptly did. However, he knocked once, not giving us a chance to answer the door and walked straight into our apartment. This is was an invasion of privacy, unprofessional, and extremely rude. Our rooms were not vaccumed properly, there was two toy cars found under the main bed, under the couch looked like they hadn't cleaned it for months, covered in food and dirt. There was hair throughout the cupboards of the secondary bedroom. We stayed for 6 nights, we were told no fresh towels are supplied and to wash our own. There was 3 rolls of toilet paper in the entire apartment and had to request for more which we were told would happen in the next hour or two.. Beds were extremely cheap, hard and uncomfortable. One light in main bedroom was broken, door handle to main bedroom was broken and not lockable, screws were coming out of the wall.. overall extremely dissapointing experience. And not worth the price.

Spacious apartment, big balconies with view, nice bbq/spa area, good location (close to river), airconditioning units fitted to all rooms!

Health concern! all 3 air conditioning units were full of mould. The filters were clogged with dust and seems like they have not been clean for a very long time. Some of us got hayfever after turning on the air conditioning units due to the amount of mould and dust mites coming out of them. We had to remove the filter to living area and clean the dust out of it ourselves to reduce allergies.

Location was central. Apartment had lovely views. Neat and tidy. Full kitchen and laundry. Good air-conditioning. Responsive staff. Nice rooftop area - gym and large spa. Secure car parking.

It was a good size property on a good location

There were cockroaches inside and we did not get enough toiletries. The host was not always available at reception,so difficult to ask for it. The kitchen did not have paper towels either.

The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equiped. We had lovely view of the lake and enjoyed sitting upstairs in the spa area having snacks and drinks.

I didn't realise that the main bedroom was a double bed which was very uncomfortable for us. It was clearly advertised as double but it was my mistake. It would be good to have ice cube tray in the freezer

Loved the location, heapsss of space in our apartment and contact with Rocky was great. He assisted us when we needed him each time although difficult to contact anyone via the reception number

We had an issue checking in. It seems the the room had been marked ‘ready’ although when we went to check in there was a cleaner in our room so was a system error however luckily they had availability and were able to quickly check us into another 2 bed apartment straight away

Amazing views, quiet location. Spacious corner apartment with huge balcony to relax on. Modern apartment, clean facilities. Short walk (800m) to shops. 15min walk to beach. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Although the apartment has full kitchen there were not much in the way of cooking tools. No microwave bowl/container or oven trays and hardly any cooking utensils to cook with. Eg. No peeler, tongs. There was a BBQ on the rooftop which we cooked on one night which was fantastic. Cooking utensils are supplied up there so it was easy. Fab views and a fun space up there on the rooftop with dining table, couches and gorgeous views. Overall a good stay here.

Especially spa and gym. Also the top roof spacious area. Easy to access and travel and a nice brisk walk to the Surfers Paradise. To drive, great locations to attend. Could see 180 degrees view to Mt T. Easy access to car parking with a large roller to protect from cars inside.

Is a very nice apartment, it has everything for a short or long stay. Is very close to restaurant, comercial center, supermarket and beach. The view is amazing! I really enjoyed!

In high season the price goes up a lot, but that is normal.

Its a very clean place and convenient as quite near the shops in surface paradise. Good security measure.

Handy location to the Surfers end of the beach and shops. Nice quiet street. Apartment was clean but sparsely furnished, would have liked maybe more seating and rugs or mats on the floor, extra towels ect.

Well appointed spacious apartment and parking way included. Views were nice too

広々とした部屋と夜景が美しく見えるバルコニー最高でした。ルーフトップのジムやスパ、BBQ施設は文句なしでお得感満載でした。

部屋の隅や廻り縁(Skirting Board)やシャワースクリーンの内側(カビ　ぬるつき)の掃除が行き届いていませんでした。　クッキングストーブトップも汚れが溜まっておりました。
