Extremely clean 1bed apartment with well equipped little kitchen with oven , medium sized fridge. Great staff close to shops restaurants and barn and buses. Area is what we consider to be developing so a tad dirty and a few interesting characters around .

The room had a very large comfortable bed and a very powerful rain shower. The design of the room was modern with a fridge. Some may find the mirrored and ‘concealed’ nature of the facilities a little annoying. The black out blind in our room was missing , so we were woken early by bright sunshine. The hotel staff moved us to another room the following day. This room had slight damage to the shower floor, the room desk top had a worn appearance, and the communal steam room was out of action during our stay. The power shower was excellent, as was the 24 hr gym. Generally a pleasant hotel to stay in.

The front desk people are very friendly and super helpful. I totally recommend this hotel

This hotel was fantastic. We were very pleased to have been upgraded to a top floor suite on our arrival and appreciated the modern chic decor and multiple bathrooms. Excellent hotel.

Non smoking room, but have burn cigarette on counter of the room. Except that, have alot of restaurant at few minutes walk

Lovely hotel - great staff + facilities. My only complaint is the rather small pull out single sofa bed in the apartments. Unsure why this wasnt a double sofa bed since the footprint is the same in the room. We had to book an extra apartment because of this reason as was too small for my 15 year old son

Very comfortable stay for our family with adjoining rooms. Great small plates food options, very diverse breakfast options. As expedia VIP, we received several free drinks and food discounts.

Close to public transportation. Our room Had a full kitchen which was reaaly great. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Absolutely loved staying at Sana Berlin. Nice modern and clean property, spacious for a comfortable stay and conveniently located for transport options, shopping, dining and most importantly the Berlin Zoo which was the purpose of our trip. We also very much enjoyed the breakfast which was generous with it’s selection and set in a comfortable and cosy ground floor area with its terrace option towards the back court. We did not have time to visit the spa but next time when we book, Sana Berlin will be our hotel of choice and hopefully also find time to intergate some calm time in their spa and pool. Thank you

Modern, clean, spacious, and well equipped rooms with full kitchen. There is an upscale restaurant and comfortable. There’s even a beer garden to watch the soccer matches. Located near everything, although quiet. Very enjoyable stay.

Staff was super friendly. We got there early and checked our bags as we explored the city. When we came back our room was ready and our bags had already been brought to the room. The room was very clean and modern complete with walk-in shower. We didn't use the restaurant, but a night cap at the full bar was refreshing.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! I was traveling to Berlin as a solo female from Canada. I planned to spend most of the daytime hours out and about in the city, but I wasn't looking to go out and party. It was important to me to have a hotel with great rooms & nice amenities so that I could actually enjoy some time there, not just a place to rest my head. Sana delivered on everything I was hoping for. My room was FANTASTIC. Really nice details, like a GOOD coffee maker, a ton of storage, a huge bathtub etc. I loved the personalized note and desserts that were waiting for me upon my arrival. The little things the signify above and beyond hospitality. I enjoyed the spa area at the end of each day. Yes the pool is small as mentioned by other reviewers. But it's a spa pool, not a pool for swimming laps. It was super relaxing to alternate between the sauna and the pool. The bar and restaurant were nice as well. I ate there a few times and enjoyed everything I had. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I had one small issue with my safe, which was fixed within minutes I thought it might be far away from most main attractions but that was not a problem at all. Berlin is so easy to get around. In fact, the first stop for the Hop On Hop Off tour I did was a 10 min walk from the hotel, so that was perfect. This was my first solo Euro trip and something I will remember forever. Very nice upscale Hotel

Room was was very clean amazing view huge room believe it was either a junior suite or suite not sure personalized note was a beautiful touch I’ve stayed many places all over the world and that was first. Only thing that made me give 4 & not 5 star was check in took more than 15 minutes and I was traveling 13+hours other than check in I had a great time

This is a very pleasant and comfortable hotel in a safe area of Berlin. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent and again staff for very pleasant and helpful. No issues with noise despite traffic nearby. I would definitely recommend.
