Beautiful hotel. Very clean!! Excellent staff. Luis one of the servers was amazing!! Very professional and friendly. He certainly made our stay wonderful. I would recommend for more lights in the bathroom and one of those magnifying mirrors. It makes it very hard for us ladies to apply make up with lack of lighting.
My only negative comment would be with my room (# 108) being next to the kitchen area and on the bottom floor. Since it shares a wall with the kitchen, it is very noisy. I was awaken every morning by 5:30 am with the staff preparing breakfast. I could also hear the guests coming in and leaving with their luggage rolling on the tile floor. After my first night of no sleep, I requested to have my room switched and they were not able to accommodate me due to being fully booked. So I was able to sleep an average of 4 hrs each night. They were not very apologetic! So if you stay there and get assigned this room, ask for another one before you go inside or you may be stuck listening to pots, cups and plates!!

We had the best stay at Aranwa Boutique Hotel. The staff were helpful, friendly and excellent. The site is beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Attention to detail. The bonus for me were the air jets in the bathtub! In addition to the beautiful hotel, it was convenient to Plaza de Armas and we felt safe there. We basically walked everywhere from our hotel; to all the great restaurants, shopping and the museums. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking of staying here, you won’t regret the decision! Oh, one other thing: Our hotel packed us boxed breakfasts for our Machu Picchu excursion that started wayyy early. It was a thoughtful touch. We had the best time in Cuzco, thank you, Aranwa!
P.S. Breakfast service was amazing and we ordered room service a couple of times - also great!

We enjoyed very much staying at the hotel, we loved the complementary pisco sours and friendly staff. The courtyard is very beautiful and comfortable, the hotel itself is beautifully laid out and the rooms are very comfortable. It is a worthwhile experience to stay there.

The staff is exceptional. Very kind and helpful. Our only issue was the bed in our room was very hard/firm. We had a difficult time getting a good nights sleep.

Was fantastic hotel. Room was really huge and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location to access market san pedro, plaza was very convenient. Also, people all were very professional and kind. One of best hotels I ever visited all around the world. I want to recommend this hotel to whoever has plan to visit to cusco, especially with family members.

Such a beautiful hotel with extremely helpful staff. In particular Leonardo was great assisting us. We loved the big bathtub after our hike at Machu Picchu. The beds were also very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Just a great place to stay. They even have a great restaurant in the hotel that prepares really good food. They breakfast buffet is good and you can order an omelet if you like.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The guys at the front desk were so welcoming and very helpful. They even allowed us to check in early, which was great! They were also very attentive to our needs and I truly felt well cared for during my entire stay. The rooms are so beautiful and I had an amazing view of the city from my balcony. I'll definitely stay here again whenever I return to Cusco. Thanks to all the staff for making my experience enjoyable!

Amazing place! Lots of history. Excellent staff members who are very attentive. Provided a box breakfast on mornings when we had to leave the hotel before the buffet began for tours. Had oxygen tanks available at the front desk just in case they were needed for altitude sickness. Lovely decor. Easy walk to the main areas of Cusco. Fabulous experience. Would definitely stay here again!
