I stayed at this hotel last weekend. This was second visit and this time the experience was terrible.
I booked a luxury suite with king bed. I paid a total of $507 for one night. The room I was given did not have any kitchen. Not sure how that can be a suite. I stayed at a condo style suite in February that is fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry facility. I paid $250 for one night at that time. This time I was traveling with my child that is why I booked the same kind of room. But the room I was given had none of those amenities. No microwave and no stove to warm up food for my kid.
They gave me the room in the hotel's website. It did not have any kitchenette, no microwave, only a wine cooler. A microwave and fridge is important when we travel with a child who was with me during check-in.
The room we stayed in did not have any cell service from both AT&T and T-mobile. There was no phone in the room to call the reception or the emergency number they have given us. The hotel description says that they have a restaurant on site. But without a cell service or room service phone there was no way to call anyone including the emergency number. They had a WiFi network but it was not secure. There was no privacy acknowledgement and we tried not to use the WiFi network due to privacy concerns.
When I told the management about the issues next morning they treated me pretty badly in front of my child. I felt threatened and my child was terrified.

Loved the property.
I had a wonderful solo trip for a couple days. The ocean view was beautiful and very peaceful.
I was able to workout in their workout “house”. Very cute space.
Even though it was mid winter. I was able to enjoy the warm sun in the morning. Take in the peace of the town on off season.
Will definitely be back!

Stayed in one of their new Luxury Rooms. Best room I've ever stayed in. View of Nubble Point Lighthouse is incredible. Staff was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about it. Just amazing!

This was one of the best places I have stayed at in the York area. Clean rooms with all the things you need including a full set of kitchen utensils etc. Amazing views and excellent/responsive service! A++

The area was beautiful The view of Nubble Lighthouse from our suite was unexpected but not seen any where else. Very quiet and the suite had everything we needed. Loved the electric fireplace on the cool days. Can't wait to go back

This place was simply perfect, far better than a typical hotel or Air BnB. The space was nicer than my own apartment with 2 floors of living space where every room had a bathroom and every window had a view. As a writer, it was nice to finally stay somewhere with comfortable furniture! We were there in March so it was really cold but the fireplace made up for that. I would stay there every weekend if I could

What’s not to say about Viewpoint that hasn’t been said before…highly recommended this place …the view alone of Nubble Light is so worth it!!!

I don’t think there could be a better view of the nubble than the one we had from our room. It was such an amazing view!
The suite was clean, had everything we could ever need, and very cozy for a winter ocean trip. We were appreciative of the food recommendations and being walking distance to the lighthouse was a huge plus for us!
The only thing I would’ve liked to know was how very firm the bed was going to be. We didn’t sleep well because it was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on, and our upstairs neighbors were pretty active. We know for next time to pick an upstairs room.

We had completely contactless registration and a concierge that was available in real time to answer any questions we had. The view was spectacular and we never felt bothered by anyone. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone and plan on returning soon.

We had the most amazing view of the Nubble Lighthouse lit up for Christmas! The room was very clean and comfy,, we highly recommend!!

Stayed here for the night as my boyfriend has always wanted to see nubble with its Christmas lights at sunrise, but we live a few hours away. For his birthday, I chose this hotel and I’m so glad I did! The bed was a little harder than were used to, but we hardly noticed and slept great. The staff, though we didn’t meet them in person, we’re so friendly and comical. I wish I’d booked this room for more than one night, we’ll definitely be back!

Wow what a wonderful experience! The view from our balcony was amazing! We had the middle townhouse the two bedroom two bath and it was wonderful. Everything was sparkling clean and the office staff communicated very well through text message. Anything we need it we texted them and they had it for us contact list within a few minutes. It is such a beautiful beautiful view and grounds of the hotel! Highly recommend!

I loved having the extra space inside the suite to spend time as well. The biggest drawback for me was the mattress. It was the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. Extremely hard like you’re sleeping on the floor. For a boutique hotel it definitely felt like they cheapened out on the beds. After the first night there I asked if they had a mattress topper, which they did, but it didn’t help much. I didn’t see the staff, but they were available via text and responded instantly.

The room was spacious with an amazing view on beautiful grounds. We relaxed on the porch while watching the waves and lighthouse. We had some very loud neighbors in the room above us, and the sound can be heard through the ceiling. Limited services at the hotel but there is a restaurant and ice cream place a short walk away. We enjoyed our time and would stay again!
