My husband and I loved our stay at Aristella, the staff was very very helpful. We enjoyed using the SPA, everything was clean and the breakfast was great!

One of my friends and I planned a ski trip to Zermatt and stayed at the Aristella. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. A great assortment and the best scrambled eggs I've ever had! The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the chocolate left each day was a nice surprise. The location was also very convenient for dining and quick walk to the ski lift. Highly recommend!

Great location, short walk to town center, train station and cable car station. Our room had a view of the Matterhorn, clean and good-sized. We were greeted timely for pickup from train station, daily presented with mini chocolate snacks in the room, superb hospitability from hotel staff great breakfast selection (with daily fresh smoothie!). It was really great experience staying at this property in Zermatt.

Breakfast is varied with delicious local food.
The Room is spacious enough for two people and the bed comfortable.
The only small negative point is the bathroom sliding door, not the best choice if you want absolute silence.

Absolutely nothing but positive things to say about this hotel & staff. My wife & I had a great stay at this property the week between Xmas & New Years, one of the busiest times in Zermatt, and everything was lovely. Staff & owners were very helpful with recommendations on everything from restaurants to apres ski. The restaurant in the hotel (Spycher) is incredible as well!

Good service and friendly tips given on what to do for the day. The ride from the railway station to the hotel was much appreciated as we had 4 pieces of luggage to lug around. Good breakfast provided (eggs & pancakes prepared on the spot so that it arrives hot - very important during winter. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

We lost our baggage at Zurich Airport and started traveling in disappointment.
But when we came to Zermatt's Aristella Hotle, we were very healed.
Best of all, the nice guy who was the host of the hotel was very kind, honest and made the best effort to recover lost luggage.
The other host families at the hotel were also helpful and friendly.
In addition, there were many kinds of breakfast and all were very delicious.
The hotel was located between the train station and the gondola station, and it was very convenient to go anywhere.
I am very happy to see the Matterhorn, which was my wish.
The three days we spent in Zermatt became an unforgettable memory for us.

Its 5-8 mins walk from the train station to the hotel depending how much luggage/bags you carry, up the slope a bit but still okay, but you could call to arrange free pickup if you know when you arrive at the train station.We booked the room which could see Mountain Matterhorn! We could see the golden sunrise of it! The room is very clean and big and comfortable.The hotel offers tea everyday from around 2-5pm that is very sweet and nice that you can take a break after the trip up to the mountain.The staff is very nice and helpful that make us have a wonderful stay!
