Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is only a 1 minute walk to the #61 which takes you to the center square.

Had an OK stay at this well located hotel near the centre of Bonn. Less positive that, although we are senior citizens, we were given a room on the 3rd floor but no escalator to that floor. No effort was done to try and find a room on the lower floor.

We were bicycling down the Rhine through Germany and needed a place to stay for 2 nights that coul accommodate our fully loaded touring bikes. The Baden Hotel could do that and we had a large comfortable room. We walked to the city center and other interesting sites each day. The food and restaurants that were close by were ethnic and diverse. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The room was clean but the little AC or Dan unit did nothing to cool the room off. It wasn't until around 11 pm that we noticed this. We finally opened the windows but then several gnats and moths came in. Breakfast was ok

Good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. The room was small but practical, bathroom newly renovated. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, so sleeping was sometimes interrupted by noisy activities in other rooms. Noise from the street also travelled.

The hotel is convenient to central Bonn, staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and we had a good evening meal in the little restaurant

although the rooms are very dated i was struck by how clean and fresh my room was. the cleaners really do An excellent job. bed was slightly itchy though and could add more comfortable towel. walls also a little thin. breakfast decent and certainly great value for 8 euros.

No Elevatior.

The receptionists were very friendly. We borrowed umbrellas each day as it rained a lot. Bathroom and toilet were separate. Toilet was mini-size. I mean, really really tiny.

The room was small but well organized and everything was fully functional. It is more like a boutique hotel than a regular hotel and the staff were all very helpful and attentive. Family atmosphere made for a very nice stay. I did not eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel so no comments on that.

Everything is good.tram, bus stop are very near. Good staff. However, there is no lift so if you have lageag it will frustrating.

the staff was excellent and it was like staying in their home. so relaxing.

Very helpful and friendly staff made our first stay in Germany very good.

An enjoyable two night stay in many respects but family room included one fold up bed and our impression was this would not be the case. The service from reception staff was variable but one was particularly helpful when we had problems getting in late when the entry pass did not work.

A very clean and comfortable place to stay at a very reasonable price.

The room is spacious, clean & good smell.

Unfortunately I didn't have enough time in Bonn, but I can highly recommend the Hotel Baden where I had an excellent room and all the necessary comfort. The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly and een the cafe restaurant next door was convenient and very enjoyable. The Baden is located a short walk from the beautiful Rhine where you could have a great time exploring the area on bicycle or on foot. There's an excellent Modern art museum and of course the Beethoven houseToo short a stay museum not far.

Charming hotel a little ways from the city center, but conveniently near a tram station and all necessary conveniences. [Walking distance to city center & train station is possible for more intrepid travelers.] Cute, comfortable, clean room three flights up, plenty of space for two people and luggage. Amenities in room are plentiful, including fan and free WiFi. Very friendly front desk woman! Hotel offers luggage storage for early arrivals. We didn't eat in the cozy breakfast room, as there were many options nearby. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and friendly stay on our first night of a two-week trip.

This on the whole is a nice hotel and I have stayed there many times, however the last time I stayed they had entered the wrong date on my room key card. I came in after the front desk had gone home and was locked out of my room. I called the number they provided and talked to security who assured me that someone would be there in 10 mins. No one came so a called again. An an hour and a half and many calls later I still was not in my room and there was no sight of the security so I called another hotel and stayed there for the night. The hotel staff were very apologetic the next day but I will now stay at hotels that have all night front desk.

I stayed in the three-bedded room - main room with double bed, table, TV and wardrobe leading through to a single room with separate toilet and shower room. The soft furnishings were clean, fresh, and matched throughout. There were two portable tower ionisers in the room and a UV / ionising unit on the wall in the main bedroom. The kettle was very welcome!
