Very convenient spacious room great condition staff so friendly Quiet and safe Thank you

Might need to get rid of the breaking down tables outside under verandas. The ceiling looked like it might have mould. Curtains and bed spread patterns are not aesthetically pleasing to look at. Maybe re-consider the artwork - it’s not Sydney but the beautiful country of Mount Gambier. On positive note, staff were friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable.

Quick check in and the room was spacious. Freezing and draughty at night. The room is quite old but seemed clean. No strong smells but carpet was stained in many places. Unfortunately no breakfast was offered but was advertised when i booked. They gave us some extra milk so we made our porridge sachets in the microwave. Would not stay again for the cost and quality. Would look for another option abit further away - very limited when you have a dog with you.

Thin walls and busy road made noise a nuisance but the the bed was comfortable and the cost reasonable.

Bed was too soft, hard lounge to sit on and hot water didn’t last very long.

Loved this property we would defiantly stay there again when I’m torn next.

Close to the city

This motel is starting to show its age but offers cheap accomodation.Great location for people that want to be close to shops and the blue lake and easy access to Adelaide highway, Great staff that gave us early access.Our only complaint was a noisy air conditioner and fridge.

Nice, basic and clean stay for the night. Did the job perfectly for our family of 6!

The staff seemed friendly. Great location. Good parking. However I was considering leaving and sleeping in the car due to how offensive the motel smelt. I could not bring myself to sleep I’m the bed as the bedding smelt so bad. I doubt they washed it for a while if so I would recommend reviewing how they wash it!!! I don’t think I would be able to stay there for more than one night.

Our room was out the front, there was a lot of traffic noise from the highway all night. The front rooms could either have double glazing or used for other purposes

I didnt like when asked not to make bed for second day someone came in to makeup bed There was not sign for door

The staff member at the check in counter ignored us as his phone call was more important than acknowledging our presence or making us welcome in any way. The area around the entrance had not been swept clean. We could hear the conversation of the men in the next room quite clearly. We were in room two, and the room badly needed renovation.

Absolutely disgraceful. Do not stay here. The rooms are so very very outdated. Back to 1970-1980's. The staff are rude and when we asked them not to enter our room when we were not there, they did so anyway. (We have proof of this on the SECOND time it happend after already telling them not to go in our room. We had purposelt left the TV on while we went out for a couple hours.. and it was turned off when we returned. Proof our room was entered AGAIN after asking not to, so this cannot be disputed). Also, the noisiest place to stay. Big bins near the pool look like they had not been emptied for months. Bags of rubbish all over the ground as it was overflowing so much. DO not recommend and will never return to this motel. Not worth the money either. **Update** (1) Owner replied to above review on Google. It proved our statement to their rudeness. (2)With regards to us not wanting our room made up. That is what the DO NOT DISTURB sign is for which we put up every day. And we did come into the office with this matter yet you blatantly disregarded it and you were extremely rude. (3)With regards to your next point about the bins. You would know this is a busy period from previous years and should have arranged something for this. (4)And with regards to wanting 5 star accommodation. No you are incorrect, however something in this century would be nice. I hope no one ever stays here again unless changes are made to their attitude and premises are brought into the 21st Century

Great property. Very reasonably priced. Clean. Comfortable beds. Easy to check in. Reverse cycle air con was great, as was the shower. Will definitely stay there again
