It was perfect! We just stayed for a short stay as we had to be at the airport at 4 am. The walls are thin but people were quiet coming in. It was very comfortable and easy to find. The man that helped us get settled was very helpful. They had a kitchen and living room area so it would have been a nice place for a longer stay as well.

Booked 2 nights due to reviews and convenient location, near University. You get what you pay for. It is average.

It feels very much like a hostel, more than an Inn. There are shared bathrooms and common areas. But it is very clean and resonable rates. The walls are thin so I heard the foot traffic and noise which was consistent throughout the night. Bring ear plugs.

We did not stay at The Inn. Road construction was in front and we could not access the building. We stayed elsewhere

This is a boarding house and I was not aware when I booked it. My own room, but shared bathroom. Things were tidy but not super clean. Tub was chipped everywhere so it didn't look real clean. City was doing repairs along the main road so it was hard to find where to park and how to get to the back of the building through all the construction.

Everything was very good! However I would suggest that the property consider a new bathtub as the tub had blemishes on the surface and I wondered if there could be bacteria harbouring in those blemishes - I was a wee bit squeamish using it.

We were approached by an old man (front desk) as we were sitting at the stairs, he yelled at us to move to the back of the building, his attitude was terrible.

Even though the room was very small, the place was great (at least to me).

We chose this property based on the price and the rating it had. We had a queen room with a private bath, which we really appreciated. Everything was fine except for the air conditioning. The property listing says A/C, but our room was very warm. I asked about it twice and it never got better. We slept with no covers and had to open the window in hopes of the evening cooling off. Overall, I would consider staying there again, but not when it's hot outside.

It’s an older building but has been updated. Good safe location. Bathroom is NOT attached to the room and shared with other rooms. While the room was clean the bed sheets were stained

A very nice value for the travel dollar. Rooms look good and are well maintained. There are shared spaces for dining, and guests share washrooms.

This is a very good place at this price and I would recommend it. It is really closed to the campus of UofS and seemed pretty clean. The staff were all very friendly and kind. It was my first time trying a shared bathroom but it worked fine. The only downside is the shower head tends to have a weaker flow of water presumably when someone else is taking a shower too. The rest of my experience was very satisfactory.

Entrance stairwell was very narrow making it challenging to carry baggage to the room. The room did not have a microwave/mini-frig, but these were available in the common area. Some road construction in the street made it a little inconvenient, and the back alley to the parking area was full of deep ruts/potholes.

Convenient. Great place to stay while you are in town to wrote an adam, or to attend a function. Good price for that when you do not need to be pampered at a hotel.

Friendly staff makes so much difference in creating a hospitable situation!
Someone being on site also makes this place like home! I would be happy to return! It appeared that only instant coffee was available so I walked to Tim Hortons at the UofS, just 15 minutes away but in the end, there was real ground coffee available - just ask Janice for it! Thanks for bending to meet our needs, Janice! I would definetly return!

Wonderful little inn! Chose the room with private bathroom. It’s a bedroom with a desk, tv, queen size bed and ensuite. Basic/simple. It would have been nice if there was a little table/desk lamp. Clean and Quiet location. Comfy queen size bed with comfy linens. Perfect for me! Parking in front of the building. It’s clean and staff very friendly. The only thing is I did have option for a little breakfast but was not told about that or if I can get a coffee at night etc. I forgot to ask. Little sitting room at the front. Comfy like a home. I recommend and will stay there again next time I’m in Saskatoon!

I would definitely come back again, it felt more like a home than an inn. It was really nice and super clean. (The staff were really kind and friendly as well) overall it was a great experience with College Inn.

For me the property was perfect - nice and clean and quiet along with a great price. It was within walking distance for the places i needed to go . Some road construction going on but overall i had a great stay.

It's perfect for student travelers or people traveling on their own. We booked it under the assumption that it was a hotel when, in fact, it was more of a BnB situation. One bathroom/shower was shared for the entire floor and the water for the toilet was shut off without notice in the morning. We could hear almost everything in that building and felt there was very little privacy.
The owners were excellent though! Very welcoming and friendly.

The room was in the basement it was clammy and cold. I asked to be moved upstairs but wasnt done I was going to stay a week, but moved out after 2 days.

Loved it very cute, you feel so secure with the cameras on the property just 30 min away walking distance from the bars, movie theatres and shopping mall such a cute hotel felt like home!
