Easy check in. Very helpful reception staff. Room was clean and well maintained.
The only downer was the restaurant, where the service was a bit on the slow side. We intended to have a sweet, but after waiting for the dessert menu for 20 minutes, we called it a day and asked for the bill instead. Food we had was good though.

This hotel had a convention going on in their ballroom and in the early morning hours 2 to 5 am the guests and the floor above us and on the floor below us were terribly out of line noisy banging etc drunk period it was an awful time we got no sleep at all and others said the same thing to us day there per

The hotel and rooms are great , it's the corridors where the issue lies . There's very poor ventilation in those areas and a smell of damp from a leaky roof , probably just a one off unfortunate event , but nonetheless walking to and from the room wasn't a pleasant experience

Staff were fantastic, room was very comfortable and very clean, leisure club and pool were a huge hit with my children. We'd definitely stay again if we're visiting the area on future.

I liked the location, the friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness of every aspect. All round it is a lovely hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was freezing when we arrived, then was too hot during the night and no way to adjust heating. Shower was luke warm, room needs refurbishment. The leisure centre only opens at 10:30am and the specific machines you want to use are only turned on when you ask. Also too strict on hat and flip flops at pool when they don’t provide them to purchase. Wouldn’t have been too bad if it wasn’t €200 a night which was a rip off for what we got

It was a nice hotel, comfy bed, excellent water pressure, and a wonderful irish breakfast! We had a minor issue with the radiators but the staff was very accommodating and rendered the issue. Walking distance to great restaurants!

We really enjoyed our stay, food excellent and service fantastic. Just a couple of small points, the heating was on when not necessary and in some rooms heaters could not be turned off. The lighting for use of mirrors very poor. Overall most enjoyable and would stay again.

I was in this hotel a few times a couple of years ago but didnt enjoy it as much as previous visits. Staff were lovely, the decor could do with being updated. I wouldn't recommend eating in the hotel, the food isn't something i would come back for. Room was clean and the hotel is walking distance to everything.

Excellent experience. Staff and food were amazing. No pool when we stayed but understandable during the current covid 19 crisis. Staff done an excellent job of keeping guests separate to minimise the chance of transmission. Even though I know the hotel was full it seemed to be nearly empty with the way bookings for dinner and breakfast was handled. The room was very nice, the only problem for us in our entire stay was the heat in the bedroom at night. The temperature must have been near 35 degrees. But that was only a minor problem. Would 100% stay again
