Hotel was great. I would stay again

Was within walking distance to all we wanted to see

Filthy. The taps and sink in the bathroom were visibly dirty. Linens were stained. We didn’t get fresh sheets once in the 7 nights we stayed there. Took 3 days to get a working fridge. Beds super hard, chairs uncomfortable and not enough toilet paper. Location was great.

Great location! Walking distance to many many places! In the heart of north Isla! Nice and friendly staff! Place was very clean! Only downside was little to no hot water and very firm beds! Expected for this area though! Would stay here again!

Way to noisy, price i was told by Expedia was not the same as check in!!!! Wish just once i could pay the price i was told on line!!! Been going to Mexico for 50 years, they spoke better English in the 1970's!!!

Excellent location. The hotel is in great need of maintenance and improvements. Furnished with cheapest uncomfortable furniture and hard beds. Mosquito infested room. Noisy fan and a/c Ok for the price.

Very accommodating to our needs, nice quiet pool area, not over crowded

Nice location right on the main drag and easy walk to the North beach. If you're an early sleeper, it can be loud but that ends between 10 - midnight. The shower pressure was awesome. The bed mattress was very hard.

The hotel was right in the heart of the city. Restaurants and shops were just a stone throw away. The beaches were also very close to the hotel. I would stay there again.

We stayed first floor poolside. Beautiful pool. Location was perfect for us in the heart of downtown on Hildago. Super clean. Will definitely go back!

The staff were so friendly nice and helpful! People staying there are low key with lower expectations than more expensive hotels. I liked that. Wifi hardly reached the rooms, #7 and #9. Those rooms were quite and away from street. Very very simple rooms, good AC and refrigerator. Hot water only lasted for a bit. The beds are hard, not horrible but hard. Blankets kind of worn out. I paid $87 us a night through Expedia. Right near the food and 5 min walk to beach. Pretty good deal.

This place is a great value! Perfectly located in the heart of the action on Hidalgo. Quick walk to Playa Norte. Secure entrance. We stayed on the main floor in the courtyard. The pool was steps away from our door. Even though the nightlife was right outside the main entrance the noise from the street was not even audible from inside our room. The AC worked great. The room had a fridge, microwave, toaster, plates and utensils and a smart tv. This place was certainly not fancy, but it was everything we needed for a very reasonable price. Plus, the staff is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

I liked the quiet once you were inside for area. All of the staff were pleasant. What I didn't like was I had no safe in my room which is part of their offers. I was told day after day that one was coming, but never did, even after being there 2 wks. My traveling companions didn't have a key to there safe for 3 days. So I ended up using their safe.

Property was undergoing renovations so it is starting to look pretty good. For the price and location it's a good buy.

The hotel itself is very handy to Playa Norte, and a well run facility. Large room and shower, and deck. A few updating of things like a new fan control switch and fan would be nice. Also replace the fridge. The outside street and bar noises are a bit irritating but that’s not the hotels problem! Very friendly and helpful staff! Would stay again!

Most nights were extremely noisy, even the rooms facing the courtyard! We had to run the AC as well as the ceiling fan to provide some white noise to sleep.

Very cozy, as clean as possible for that corner of the world. Very close to restaurants, bars, shopping, and night life,but amazingly was very quiet. Staff very friendly and attentive. Drainage was slow in sinks and shower. All in all it is very decent for the price. Enjoyed the overall experience.

The pool was clean. The ground area around the pool was very uneven. The rooms NEED new keys and locks. Too much time spent on getting in and locking for leaving. The shower and bathroom facilities were gross.
