Such a great find - a beach-front gem right in the midst of everything. PROS: - Staff were super friendly (special shout-out to May) - Literally a minute away from restaurants, bars, nightlife - Stunning beachfront - Clean with plenty of facilities - Well looked after - Reasonably priced food and cocktails in the hotel A few things to consider: - It's right underneath the flight path, which also makes for awesome plane spotting - Breakfast is a bit underwhelming, and no variety; pretty much the same offer every single day - The beach villas are a little bit dated but are well maintained and very clean - The sun loungers are pretty uncomfortable and could do with an upgrade - The close proximity to nightlife could be bothersome for some; however, it wasn't bad at all An easy fix for the hotel: - One thing that surprised me was that unless staff were cleaning up around the pool and beach areas, we always had to walk up to the bar to order food/drinks - a missed opportunity and an easy fix, in my opinion!

The staff, especially Khwan from reception and Zaw, the man from the beach, were very helpful and friendly, these people make it a pleasure to be a guest at the resort, but this applies to all the staff.

Staff at resort were all very friendly and happy and very polite, dining area and breakfast was very nice, swim up bar and pool was also nice, our room was a bit tired looking and could do with a bit of a revamp, definitely not enough space to put your clothes away had to leave in suitcase, and bathroom needed more shelves or somewhere to put your toiletries, we had a superior pool view room upper floor. But staff were lovely.

The resort is well located in terms of being right on the beach and right off the main road where there are restaurants and shopping. However, there is a property next door that plays extremely loud music until 2:00 a.m., and our room was on that side which made it impossible to sleep well. Although the staff apologized for the noise and offered to comp us the ride to the airport and allow an hour later checkout, they were then petty about where we had left towels and charged us for supposedly missing ones and a laundry bag we hadn't touched. It was a sour note to end on.

Stayed 3 nights. (Should’ve stayed longer). Well kept hotel. Clean room, helpful super friendly staff, great location on the best beach on Samui near everything in Chaweng. Planes fly in low directly above resort but didn’t bother us.Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Good value for money & would stay there again.

Very nice family run resort. Great value for money. Not super luxury - but comfortable and great service. Right on the best part of the Beach. Get a pool view room as they are furthest away for Ark Bar that is very noisy until late. A lot of returning guests. Good restaurant and friendly and accommodating staff.

We had a great time with the family. Would visit again.

You are practically seconds away from the beach and location is near many restaurants and shops.

We stay here ,when ever we come to Koh Samui ,and have done for many years.We are in our 60s..Have loved it here for many years.Close to every thing, set back from the street if you are worried about the noise.Good for families also.The staff are fantastic ,will help to the best of their ability.Try!!!! and you will return.

Right in the center of Chaweng beach . Room was ok . My husband found the bed hard . Bathroom need to be updated . Clean towels every day . Staff were friendly and helpful . My daughter loved the pool . Beach is beautiful

Staff are super friendly and efficient. Can't do enough for you. The included breakfast buffet is extensive with both Thai and British dishes. I would definitely return.

Have stayed here many times, the beach is nice, the pools are great - but there are no perks, no upgrades, no rewards program, just a good stay location, I will look at different places next visit

Loved staying at this hotel everything was in walking distance and the staff were very friendly. The only thing I would say is that it gets quite noisy at night. A few nights about 1am noticed other hotel guests were partying down by the pool area which is in the middle of all the guest rooms they were very loud and quite rude. I think the hotel should monitor this more better so that it doesn’t happen and discomfort other people staying in the resort.

It was spacious room with the garden view. The breakfast was fabulous with ocean view. Thai food menu changes every day. I never get tired. I really enjoyed their breakfast. Location is very convenient, many restaurants, convenient store are near. the stuff are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend if you go to Koh Samui, one of the most beautiful beach.

We had an enjoyable time the facilities, rooms and staff all great and right on the beach! Only down side is the Ark Bar beach club next door playing music till 2am. The hotel do tell you in an email once you’ve booked though. Would stay again but stay away from the Shino rooms.

Too loud, we left 1 night earlier, because we couldn't sleep. The bed was extremely hard and Chaweng is awful. Unfortunalety we don't get a refund about the last night. The personal said they know that there is very loud. And the room had NO daylight!!! Horrible to use the light every time you go into the room.. and too much mosquitos!! Staff was friendly.

Lovely hotel right on the beach sunbeds providing you get up really early some people were saving at least 6 and not using them until the afternoon.breakfast was very good.
