It was good overall.

Disappointing. Rooms are noisy and very small and stuffy. There is no space to walk on the room. Hotel services are poor, rude staff and poor breakfast.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better people. Breakfast is as fab especially the freshly made Waffle! Unbelievable! Air conditioning- wasn’t great. Information sheet might be useful in room.

Just really underwhelmed tbh. Stayed here before 3 times never had such a rubbish small room with frankly dated and basic tv channels. Won't bother again if i want dated i can go round the corner to the lanardo or small the ibis and both cheaper

Room a bit narrow. No shower caps. But clean and good enough for a short stay.

Convenient and comfortable

The staff here was tremendous. We had a problem with our original room. They were courteous and efficient in moving us to another room. The only negative was the comfort of the bed, which I think just needs updating.

The staff were excellent, very attentive to our needs, and they provided great service and assistance when we needed it. The family room could have been bigger, there were only three of us staying in the room, but we felt we were on top of each other. The room we were in was quiet, and the hotel provided a great location being in the centre of Croydon to access other transport links and shops.

The hotel was close to the event we attended and the parking was convenient, but also expensive. We were told that a discount was available for hotel guest but this did not work as instructed and we ended up paying the full charges. Our room was satisfactory. We stay in an Accessible room (although we fid not need it). The shower did not have a full length curtain for obvious reasons. Thus, water covered the bathroom floor after each use.

Lovely modern hotel near Selhurst Park. Satnav directions useless. Better to opt for Ruskin Square Car Park across the road. Parking very expensive £16 and no subsidy. Rooms are very small and not suitable for families. No walking space to use the desk or access window. Cant leave window open at night as very noisy. Not worth £167 a night. On a plus breakfast was good. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Convenient location for a short stay. Close to the train station and Box Park. Plenty of places to eat or get a drink nearby. At times lots of cars park outside the entrance making it hard to cross the road, particularly with the nearby building works blocking the pavement.

Room was comfortable and clean and they had a great breakfast selection.

The gentleman who greeted us for breakfast each morning was quite nice and welcoming.

Extremely disappointed in our stay here. We rented 2 side by side rooms and one of the rooms where my girls stayed in had some kind of a weird moth infestation. My niece woke up with about 10 bites on her leg. We discreetly brought it to the front desk's attention and we met the manager up in the room. He promised to move the girls to their best room and we would be told where to go when we got back from our day out. They ended up just moving the girls to the other side of our room. No discount or apology. The continental breakfast was fine but the dinner was disgusting. Not exactly the best area of London. The only highlight is that it was close to the train station for escape.

Nothing to complain about, 1 night stay. Was more than sufficient for my needs.

Online check in but still had to do paperwork on arrival. Deposit taken but not stated anywhere this would occur. Room had damp paintcwas bubbling. Bed extremely uncomfortable. For £120 you would not expect this.

The building was safe and secure, with the door key card required to access the building when the doors were locked, and also to operate the lift. Although there was a good level of cleanliness, the bed frame and items within the room were looking well used and tired. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was of a reasonable standard.
