Pillars went above and beyond during our stay... every request was accommodated (late checkout, food requests, expedited laundry, etc), and as an interior designer- I especially appreciated the attention to detail and carefully curated spaces. I would love to return here again and can't say enough kind things about the staff and intentions of this lovely hotel. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

This is a very special place built around a beautifully restored teak house, now serving the ideal purpose of lounge, bar and restaurant. The design of the room is both exquisitely tasteful and deeply thoughtful, and the choice of indoor/outdoor shower in the generously proportioned bathroom was surprisingly liberating - a guilty pleasure that I want to replicate at home. Staff were uniformly warm, welcoming and helpful.

My son and I had a mama/ son vacation there and it was outstanding in every way. The staff is so friendly, kind, and helpful- even anticipating your every need. The suggestions for activities were spot on- memorable and high quality. The food and accommodations were gorgeous and delicious. And Ray, our butler, was the icing on the cake. He made the trip perfect!! He was always one step ahead. We truly loved our stay and will most definitely be back. :)

We have stayed at some pretty incredible places and 137 Pillars House and 137 Pillars Suites in Bangkok were the best. Thank you for an amazing stay

This is my second stay with 137 Pillars House. Consistently the service is great and the staff (especially the personal concierge) are excellent, going over and beyond to foresee your every need. My preferences from the first trip were remembered by them on my second trip. The architecture and ambience of the hotel are also terrific. So charming. Just all you need when you stay in Chiangmai, whether on holiday or business.

The property is stunningly beautiful. The staff is professional and attentive to every need. The breakfast buffet is extensive and happily customized to meet your needs. We also had the privilege of having Toto take care of every possible need or want. We could not have been happier there. Can’t wait to return

absolutely beautiful resort, even through it is located in the down, but I dont hear the noise and the busyness, instead I can feel the calm and serenity inside the hotel. I really enjoy the garden inside the hotel.

137 Pillars is an incredible property with excellent service. Our butler was incredible she anticipated all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. We just got engaged the day before we checked in and they went above and beyond to celebrate us and make us feel right at home.

This was a dream accommodation. The setting was amazing. You feel like you are whisked away to an older version of Thailand. Everything that you could imagine and more. The room was spectacular. It was fit for royalty. The service was outstanding. Anything was doable and handled by the gracious staff. I wish I lived closer so that I could stay again.

The staff at 137 Pillars could not have been more warm, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The facility is beautiful, room is large and very nice and the staff goes the extra mile to make sure that you enjoy your stay. We could not have been more pleased with our stay.

My Husband and I recently spent a few nights of our honeymoon at 137 Pillars House and it was magical. The property itself is beautiful, but the staff are what make it our favorite hotel, ever. You will feel incredibly pampered and comfortable. Every detail is well thought out up to the burning incense outside your room doors in the evening time. Pui was our butler during our stay and we can't say enough about her. Her restaurant recommendations were amazing and she was quick to answer any and all questions and just so friendly. We HIGHLY recommend 137 Pillars House.
