Great location 2 min walk to Ayala where there is many shops and restaurants.

Nice and serviceminded staff. Rooms and cleaning are excellent, though some signs of wear and tear in the bathroom.

The stay was ok and met the basic expectations EXCEPT: Hanging on my door I placed the Do Not Disturb sign, so I could have an afternoon nap. At 4:00pm there was knock on the door and the room attendant wanted to turn my bed down. He not speak, so I told hom no, then at 5:50pm I get a phone call from reception asking if everything was ok in my room. I thanked her for waking me up.

Superb hotel stay, stayed for i must say that their beds is so comfortable, clean, aircon is working well, their breakfast has a wide choice of items. I highly recommend this hotel either you are staying for a long stay, business trip for just to relax in the busy city.

All in all good pleasent stay.
Only issue was no smoking rooms even though when booking via Hotels.com App allowed the selection for smoking room.
Smoking also not allowed on balcony, had to go to designated point which closes at 10pm.
Aside from that, all else was good, definately will plan to stay here again when in Cebu.

The hotel was very nice clean and the security made you feel safe.The hotel staff was very friendly and and eager to help you. We had few issues with our room and they were immediately taken care off. The restaurant was fabulous the breakfast buffet was the best I ever had. The restaurant staff where great and very friendly. They were always there to fill your coffee and help with anything you might need. I would definitely add the breakfast to your room booking.

The hotel is very reasonably priced and the staff is absolutely fantastic. They are all thoroughly focused on making your stay comfortable and stress-free! We will be back on Saturday

I am not a world traveler. That said, I very much appreciated just how patient and caring the staff were with my many issues with hotel educate. I felt very...welcome and important as a guest here at this brilliant hotel. If I come though Cebu again, I'm staying at the Quest.

It's close to a mall and plenty of 🏧 close by and 7/11 within walking distance..For those that get hungry at night..

Staff is very friendly and helpful.. Ther is a mall close by and a few 🏧 so getting cash is easy..Plenty of restaurants close by..

Booked two rooms. The rooms have musty smell. Very unclean. One of our rooms is an adjoining room in which the loud moaning, spanking sounds of a couple having sex woke us all up at 4am. My 7 year old even asked if someone was being beaten in the other room and if we need to call the cops. And they did it again around 8am. Disgusted and had to turn the tv volume up. Stayed in this hotel since 2014 and it really went down the hill. I won’t recommend it.
