Staff really friendly and helpful. It’s a 4 star hotel downstairs but rooms aren’t 4 star. Comfortable but compact and dated. Lovely views from balcony. Grounds and pool area plenty of space.

Great hotel for families - the buffet was good and the staff was very helpfull. There is direct access to the beach where big turtles are swimming for most of the day. The room was fine, except for the big noisy dehumifier that had to run all the time. That is the first time I've ever had to have one of those in my hotel room. The service was great, and very helpfull to our 1 year old daughter, who really had a god time at the hotel. The only negative thing I have to say is that the staff is a very shy of conflicts whit obnoxius guests. Which mean that when guests let their baby swim around naked in the pool (all normal people would a use a diaper), jump the que in the restaurant, call them idiots (or worse) they don't do anything about it. That is a shame.

The hotel is in a great location , the receptionist did a fantastic job , the view from our room was breath taking , would highly recommend it to everybody !

Nice spot on the beach. A coral reef just outside that offer snorkeling with all kinds of fish including reefs sharks and turtles. A very nice dive center with good prices, friendly and professional staff. The hotel is priced as an exclusive hotel but is no longer. It is worn and old. A lot of things in the rooms are broken. Few electrical outlets, and not by the side of the beds for instance. Only local outlets, so you need adapters etc. Buffet style eating, breakfast and dinners, sadly some people from Russia can’t behave (cut in lines and empty everything which they later don’t eat), this makes the experience poor for the rest of the guest. Overly priced food and beverage, not expensive compared to Europe but 4-5 times local prices. Easy access to restaurant on the beach or the main road.

This property is a pretty run down for the price. There are some good things about it for sure, and it could be a great resort. In my opinion these are the changes that need to be made. -The front desk was slow, understaffed, have poor procedures, and at times had a bad attitude. We had a rude bartender who seemed very confused about our room number, arguing we had already checked out. Buying two beers while we were paying guests was an ordeal. The rest of the staff was great. -The bed needs a headboard, like a proper bed. Your pillow is against a dirty wall that was stained. The room needed a deep clean. -For many westerners like myself, coffee is more important than breakfast. Good coffee, readily available in larger portions, would be a simple, inexpensive change to make caffeine-fiend westerners happy. For me, bedding and coffee are the two most important things a hotel can offer. -This hotel attracts some very unpleasant guests. It isn't the hotels fault, but be prepared.

The location is great, the whole staff very friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was very good. Food was great. The only thing is that some of the facilities have obviously seen several years of use ... with minor repairs left.

Overall a very nice hotel. Nice beach where turtles come every day , very clean and well presented

A great location! Right on the seafront and close on the Main Street. Wonderful breakfast with a lot of variety for vegans and vegetarians. Comfortable beds and rooms. A little dampness meant that the dehumidifiers has to stay on all the time. It didn’t bother us but it might disturb people’s sleep if not used to a fan. Thank you for a nice stay!

I booked online while at the hotel through Expedia. I believe that they penalized me for doing so. The room I received was one of the worst in the hotel. Was not clean, had broken lights, broken locks, broken doors, etc. I think they save this room for people who book online. Really disappointing. I definitely won’t book another cinnamon hotel again and will avoid Expedia as well do to the error unless someone explains that this is not common. Would appreciate a response. Thank you

Hotel is just near at the beach where you can swim with the turtles. Pool area was very beautiful and staff was very polite. Breakfast buffet was very good also. Rooms were little bit worn.

Beautiful Hotel on promontory with happy turtle and baby shark action on its beach dayly. Unfortunately customers have developed to be more consumerist self-serving but a few nationals and well behaved guests keep coming. In this ambiance the staff is In quite a survival mode but most manage an excellent job still. Beautiful buffets and specially handsome setting.
