Room was great and so was the cleanliness and space. If they had air conditioner would have been even better but I know it’s hard to find in Berlin. Nice local bars nearby. Overall great as long as you don’t go if weather is very hot.

The property is amazing and the (former) east Berlin has a really energetic vibe here. Bars cafes shopping all in walking distance and very safe.

It was a nice space for the three of us. I slept in the living room on the pull out coach while my two friends slept inside in the room.
We loved that the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry already had things like soap, oil, and salt so we did not have to purchase them for just for the trip.

Nice, spacious apartments in an awesome neighborhood. Good access to transit and lots of restaurants in the area. Not a staffed hotel, but they are responsive by phone and e-mail. Payment processes and deposit requirements are a bit unusual, but it seemed to work out. We were very happy with this lodging.

We stayed one night at the top floor with roof balcony - it is quite a nice apartment. It does not get 5 stars because the sleeping couch was not that comfortable, we couldn’t sit 5 persons at the dinner table, as a 5th chair couldn’t fit the table. And the main reason for choosing this apartment was being 5 persons. In the living room was set up a huge air con machine in an even larger plastic box. Not luxurious solution. The doors to the bedrooms and the balcony cannot be secured, so by airing the apartment, the doors slammed. We lacked one sleeping pillow. However, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom is actually luxurious.

Stayed with a group of friends for several days in Luxoise Apartments. The apartment is conveniently located for transportation and in a neighborhood with plenty of food and shopping options. The apartment was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for five people. The beds were comfortable and the amenities as described in the listing. Communication was generally timely and helpful, and we were able to get into the room a little early, which was much appreciated as we'd all had long trips. Our only annoyance was that the shower, which is right inside of the bathroom door, has a door that is not fully sealed and opens out into the bathroom, so we went through several towels trying to keep the floor dry so people's feet didn't get wet when using the bathroom. A suggestion would be to have a comfy chair or two in the living room. The sofa is nice, but it'd be cozier with some additional seating for groups. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay and will keep it in mind for future Berlin trips.

The hotel was in a real neighborhood that was lively and safe both day and night. The apartment was super cute and all the rooms were large. The kitchen had everything we needed for making a simple meal. The personalized website provided by the property answered our questions on how to use the coffee maker, TV and heat.

Beautiful, large clean apartment. Three nice size bedrooms, washing machine and nice kitchen and amenities. Fun neighborhood with restaurants, bars and cafes, easy walk to metro. The manager was great at communicating with us prior and during our stay. We definitely recommend and hope to go back and stay there some day.

Everything was perfect expect for that we got a very short warning about maintenance work in the apartment. We would've liked to know earlier to plan around it.

-Instructions would be helpful for appliances, TV, coffee machine (red light came on and had to resort to YouTube to figure things out)
-a few more items in kitchen like a grater, a whisk etc would be great
-Came home one night and the code didn’t work to open apt door. They knew there was a problem but didn’t communicate it to us. A neighbour helped us reach them, to get someone to come and let us in.
-Water was shut off in the bathroom and again, could have been communicated to us.
-Pull out couch bed made incredible noise because of the springs and made it impossible to sleep. Mattress had to be moved to the floor. They promptly came and applied wd40, but said no one else had complained about it. As if that means the problem doesn’t exist! A bit on the rude side. Let’s not forget, this is an expensive rental, not a hostel, therefore one has certain expectations.

We loved this apartment and would definitely stay again. The staff could not be nicer, with excellent communication and so helpful. The location was terrific; we loved being in a residential area with a wealth of shops, bars, restaurants, and close to public transit. Thank you Luxoise!

There were restaurants within easy walking distance. A major train station was about a 15 minute walk away so go could get around the city without a car. Also express train to the airport from that station. Someone was there to assist with check in which was great because the door codes were a little tricky the first time after that not a problem. Did not have access to roof garden which looked awesome. TV didn’t work and they wouldn’t look at it unless someone was there which was understandable but we were out and about from early morning to late evening. Even though we didn’t use it kitchen seemed well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place with lots to eat and drink in the neighborhood. In close proximity to Warschau and Ostbahnhof Stations. Walking distance to the East Side Gallery of the old Berlin Wall.
Communications with the agents were easy and instructions were clear.
Two minor things to note: street parking is expensive and meters take coins only. Ask the agent about parking options as there may be some in walking distance. Also there's no elevator in the building so be mindful of luggage.

Luxoise is in a great area full of restaurants and really close to some really cool clubs and bars. The apt is really big with lots of room. The hosts were great at working with us to find the right unit and were great communicating with us.

Spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. I would say that the only downside is there is no lift and the apartment was on the fourth floor. But apart that, loved the stay.
