Nice hotel. Great dinner and breakfast. They are fairly proud of their food but it was very good. A bit noisy in the late evening. Cars and bikes revving engines on the street.

Had a wonderful stay. Would not recommend walking far from hotel. A lot of homeless and drugged the further out you get. The bus stops are also problematic in that area.

The property charged $10 a day for internet, even though I was a Marriott Bonvoy member. The front desk clerk said that because I booked through Expedia they were not able to apply my Marriott Bonvoy membership number to my account, and therefore had to pay for internet.

Room felt damp - AC running but could not cool down or dry out room. 1 elevator broken so it took some time to wait for one - all staff and guests using same small one. I don’t think this one was worth the money.

Elevator was broken, someone started drilling in the hallway across from my room @ 7:30am, the hotel was evacuated for some kind of water pressure problem (the alarm only sounded in half the hotel), and the god damn power went out.

For the price , not bad. Spacious room, comfortable bed . Shower just ok, and one lift wasn’t working so slow lift service most of the time you wanted one. Staff were friendly and engaging. Food ok. Area outside a little sketchy.

It’s just mediocre. Not a great value for the money, compared to the luxury hotels at this price point. Only one working elevator most of the time, and it is absurdly slow. Very very ridiculously slow. Very noisy between rooms… We could hear conversations and everyday noise from upstairs and next-door neighbors. Just one sink and vanity in the big, upgrade king bed rooms.

Every was good except for 1 thing. The hotel should provide slippers as standard for rooms. Not all travelers remember to bring their own slippers.
There should also be water percolators in each room to boil water.

Amazing clean but the elevator did not work n they was slow and the parking lot was so confusing I was told twice I was n the wrong area I parked my car where it said for people that staying at hotel But then then the next day I had a letter on my car sayn to not park there from someone ugh cause they paid for that spot but other then that loved it

Something we weren’t prepared for was how loud it was going to be on the street at night. We will bring a fan or sound machine to drown out the noise next time. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so great! Super close to the power and light district which was our favorite part.

45 mins before check in I got an email that the hotel couldn’t accommodate us due to over booking. I called the hotel and they said Expedia canceled our reservation and they couldn’t help us.
