Ended up leaving after only 4 hours after checking in.
The floor was filthy. Hair everywhere in bathroom and in the fridge. The room was hot and no AC provided in winter months. But does not say that on the booking site. The saunas and hot tub were also closed for winter months but nothing stating that either. No TV channels in English, which I underground but it was not stated anywhere either.

In a very convenient location for us to access beach, nice cafes and restaurants. Some building work around the area and noisy motorcycles during the night at weekends but not constant. Very convenient for transport and great breakfasts!

Overall the stay was good but the cleaning was not the best. Our room was cleaned every day but not very well. We found long hairs all over the floor when we checked in and almost every day after the room was cleaned. We also found some spots on and next to the toilet when we checked in so we cleaned a bit ourselves before using it.

The room would be good if it was better cleaned and maintained, to prevent the bathroom door rubbing among other things. Air conditioning a bit noisy. Breakfast and the pool area are nice. Nice uncomplicated staff. Located next to the beach but some distance from the center and far away from the intercity bus stop.

Good location, very helpful reception stuff, nice breakfast. Rooms are clean and warm (which was very important in December). The hotel looks old, but it is closing for renovation soon. We stayed there for 2 nights and very happy with our stay. Good value for money.

To be honest the hotel was super dirty, warn out and old. Breakfast was very basic , towels in the room were smelly and seems to be dirty and hallways are moist. Hotel definitely needs a huge rennovation. Only good thing is that hotel was close to beach

Very pleasant stay. The room was clean and tidy, decent sized bathroom, nice views from the balcony, comfy bed, very good breakfast with lots of variety, pool excellent with good availability of sunbeds, loved the indoor pool too, location excellent (30 second walk from the promenade). Excellent bar, all tastes catered for. The cleaning staff were very friendly and obliging.
Overall, very good 3 star hotel. Thank you to all at the Kapetanios.

Renovated hotel, with full range of facilities. Close to the center, main roads and 2 minutes fro the beach. Great!

It was very fantastic trip to Limassol, hotel location very near to beach, and Limassol Zoo.

The Hotel is nicely located and the staff is friendly. it offers a good buffet breakfast but the dining room is a bit old/style, could do with a refresh of the furnishing.
It has a nice swimming pool area, but during my stay the wind and water temperature did not allow me to take advantage of it.

We had 2 rooms booked here
One ( a large family room with 2 single beds and a double bed) was in a separate annexe from the main building although this was not a problem. Cleanliness was good, check in staff and breakfast staff were pleasant and efficient
The buffet breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold options, we didn't eat dinner here
The pool was clean although some of the sun loungers were a bit tatty
Good location, 5 minute walk from the beach and promenade, 20 minute walk to the old town
We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again

All of the staff were really friendly especially the lovely lady running the restaurant. There were a few modifications being done which is to be expected for an out of season trip.
If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay, close to shops, bars and the beach then this is a great option.

There was no heating, hot water wasn’t OK, there were works in the hotel

2 single beds , not a double. morning receptionist was very nice, evening and night staff a bit rude and lazy, arguing that I should have said something about the beds on day one (after a 18hour trip) - door didn't lock from the inside, patio door didn't lock at all. Repair guy couldn't be bothered to fix it. eventually had to change rooms. Kitchen staff looked annoyed that we wanted eggs cooked on both sides, like it was asking too much. Soup of the day was actually soup of the week. Hotel was preparing for a refurb but that pushed back month after month we were told. Would not stay again.

Very well located hotel with an amazing and friendly service. The receptionist (I think her name was Andrie) was super helpful and friendly at all times.The hotel itself is a bit outdated but this is not a problem if you are not looking for a fancy hotel but just a clean and honest place to sleep.Breakfast is good. Not special but enough for the purpose of the hotel.

Not worth it for the amount we paid. Maybe 20 years ago it would be top but now it needs serious renovation. For less money it should be just OK.

No working telephone in room. Many of my colleagues could not access the internet. But the staff was so accommodating in every way and everything I needed to do in Limassol was within walking distance.

The hotel is centrally located, however, it does need an upgrade. The furniture is quite old and the hotel generally reminds me of an old age home. I had read someone write that the food was quite hot when they got breakfast, perhaps they went for breakfast at 7am but we went for breakfast at 8:30am and did not find the food hot. There also wasnt much variety for their breakfast. Overall, I was quite disappointed as their pictures looked like their rooms were modern.
