Overall, a great stay. Our first time staying in this hotel. All the staff we met were very accommodating and welcoming. They were also pleasant and appeared happy to be at their work. Nothing was too much of an ask for them. Any requests I made, I was assisted immediately.

Standard room is huge with 2 double beds, very convenient location as nearly everything is within walking distance. We had trouble checking in as the room had an engineering issue, but Ms. Frei in front desk provided us excellent service and made us whole by extending check out time. Would recommend and definitely come back!

Good hotel.
However the pool
Was closed off for a private function 1 whole day. For a 5 star hotel and paying $400 a night, the pool
Should be permanently available to paying guests as I have paid to use the faculties.
If you want to close the pool for private functions then the room should be at a discounted rate.
The Fairmount offered guests to use the holiday inn pool, guess what… if I wanted to use the holiday inn pool, I would’ve stayed at that holiday inn instead.
Also, the tv didn’t work after the first night and I had to follow up for towels numerous times.
Again, when paying a large sum of money per night for a 5 star hotel, you expect great service not average service.

Wonderful stay, and overall impeccable property and guest service. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have experienced in a long time—highly recommended. The lounge and serves there also great. The only negative was that the room smelled musty/moldy, assuming due to the humidity.

The service at Fairmont Makati was above and beyond, the breakfast options fantastic, and the facilities extraordinary.
When I checked in and got to my room, I noticed a musky smell with some black mould in the shower. After informing the concierge, they immediately apologized, moved me to another room and addressed the issue. This speaks to the great service they provide.
The breakfast selection there is also superb, offering even some great vegan options, which is something that I was surprised by.

All the staffs are sincerely offering the best service. Loves the smell of the lobby, the hallways, & my room located on the 8th floor. I checked in earlier & also requested for late checked out at 1 pm without any issues. The only negative is some stain from the bathroom vanity and the carpet ( room # 841 ). Stayed 3 nights (8/14-17, 2024) I wished I could stay much longer. Love, love, love the beddings, the pillows & soft white towels. Shout out to their housekeeping staffs, he/she folded some of my clothes & re-arranged my electronic gadgets. BRAVO, BRAVO FAIRMONT MAKATI!

Loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect and easy to walk to restaurants and malls. The area was very safe. The staff was very accommodating and helpful while we booked transportation to and from the airport. A must stay in Makati!

We had a great time at this hotel. Not only is the location very convenient for shopping and food options, we found the hotel to be less hectic than others in the Makati area or BGC for that matter. Breakfast buffet, albeit a bit expensive but has lots of options, is well worth it. Gym is very good with free weights, cardio and weight machines. Pool is great for having a relaxing time. The one thing above all however is the staff. Amazing! So friendly and they go above and beyond. They made our week stay there like home. Highly recommend!

Fairmont is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the Metro Manila area. It’s an excellent location with top of the line amenities and outstanding service. I stayed with my spouse for eight days and we couldn’t say enough for the most gracious staff that was welcoming and accommodating. Service with a smile, each time, and all the time. Kudos to the concierge staff, particularly JV, who made possible accommodations for my husband’s special needs. The breakfast buffet each morning was excellent and provided an international fare that caters to all guests. The hotel is near many restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. I’d definitely return when the time comes for another visit.

Their breakfast buffet is to awesome. Something that you look forward to wake up early to make sure you won’t missed the breakfast. And on top of that the staff and crew are exceptionally excellent.

The only downside for me would be that the room was a little dark at night and needed more light. However this is a minor issue and I would definitely stay again.

The Fairmont Makati is in a great location. Large rooms with high ceilings. The gym was spacious with a great variety of equipment. We used the Executive Gold lounge which had very friendly and attentive staff. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will look forward to staying there again next time.

We loved this hotel! The breakfast buffet in the lobby was the best we have had- with so much variety and they had local dishes to try as well! The room was spacious for my two teens and myself. The staff was thoughtful and attentive. We upgraded to the Fairmont Gold and the happy hour in the evening meant we had additional treats before dinner (that really could have been dinner if we wanted)!

Rooms are spacious, the working desk is really appreciated, more when you are on a business trip, nice bedding, friendly staff, everything was perfect… BUT!! Improve the working conditions of the K9 dog at the entrance… poor dog got me thinking all week, extreme heat, working all day long, he look tired… without water sometimes… at least put him more shade and a fan or something… as a dog lover that k9 boy got me thinking the entire week!! Do something better for him Fairmont!!

My stay here was phenomenal! Hospitality is unmatched. The staff is supper friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and well equipped. The facilities are also great. It is located next to three different malls so makes it very easy to walk across street and grab food or to shop. 100/100 recommended this hotel.
