The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the city centre and is only a short walk from the main rail station.
The furnishing are tastefully modern and comfortable.
We found the hotel staff to be friendly and accommodating and our room to be spacious, very clean and well equipped (We especially liked the en-suite which was quite luxurious compared to some of the hotels we've stayed in).
We also thought that the continental breakfast on offer was excellent.
We would be happy to stay there again.

We loved the location and how convenient it was to all the great attractions. The air conditioning in the room was a welcome bonus as it was a scorching weekend! The staff were always polite and helpful and the continental breakfast which was included was delicious. We are already planning to return with our extended family!

Perfect location in The Hague. So much is walkable from this location. Central station is a few blocks away. Really nice Dutch continental breakfast daily. A bit of difficulty when we were locked out of our room. It took two trips to the desk for a re-key that worked.

The hotel is unprepossessing, on a back street and a bit hard to find. But that is deceptive. once you are inside, the facilities were clean, well maintained and generally good quality. The breakfast was ample -- and good. The hotel has parking, which was full our first day, but they refunded what we had to pay at a local parking garage. The square adjacent to the hotel is very trendy, and as a result, very noisy. Fortunately that does not leak into the hotel. If I was back in Den Haag again soon, I would definitely go back.

This hotel is right next to some loud bars and nightclubs and has poor soundproofing. I was woken at 1am by a queue of about 100 people on the street immediately in front of the hotel naturally being very noisy. The doors of the club or bar would be opening regularly spilling loud music onto the street (and into my room). I barely slept all night. Don't stay here if - like me - you are a relatively light sleeper.

Currently have construction outside our bedroom window . But this is a great location and walkable from The Hague Central Station. Plenty of restaurants and nice walkable area. Holiday Inn deliver what you expect globally , which is why we choose their hotels

Stay was great, so was the breakfast each morning. The only down side was the 35 euros per day, we had to pay for parking. We would have liked to know that ahead of time. As we have not travelled since before Covid we also are surprised that beds are not being made everyday and that the only thing that seems to be done is that the garbages are emptied. Even the coffee cups are not replaced with clean ones.

Their location is just within the City Centre - walking distance to train station; tram & metro lines; resto & pubs. Has good lobby for meeting up friends. Much to choose for ur breaky - bread & pastries, ham & cheeze, yogarts, amongst others. Pleasing customer service from breaky to reception, all of them, with special mention to Maria whom working that night we checked in.

No heater the receptionist knew that the weather was not working and still have us the room we call the reception many times because it was ice cold she show up after many hours with an extra sheet itvisbmore like scamming the toilet we use a pieces of T issue to raise the cover of the toilet up we will never go there again
