room was impractical, I don't mind it being small but why put the electric socket in the headboard where the pillows go?, why are the reading lights not bright enough to read by?, why is the washbasin so tiny. Only clothes storage was 3 or 4 hangers.

The Hotel staff were all nice and helpful.
We had a ground floor room on the front of the hotel - never again. People stood outside our window smoking and talking until 3.30am in the morning.
For the price, it would have been helpful to have had tea and coffee facilities in your room, however, there was a vending machine in reception which you could pay for.
I would stay again, but only with a quieter room.

For the price this place was awesome. Yes, it is an older budget hotel- awesome desk staff. Very good location - walkable to food stores, busses and tram stops close by, close to the embassies (we were there to get our stolen passports replaced). Great value.

Ithr hotel is close to the historic center. The staff was great with recommendations and accommodations. The room is very simple and clean. The price for a week was great. I would highly recommend it for the buget friendly seeking traveller.

Although this hotel lacks charm and the lobby and hallways look worn, the room is spacious and clean and the staff very friendly. The location is great: walking distance to the Escher and the Mauritshuis Museums, to the shopping area and the Central train station.

The hotel room was very small, and only a glass wall with glass door not even reaching the roof separated the bathroom from the sleeping area. No privacy at all. For a similar price we could have gotten a much better (and bigger) room at a different hotel.

This was the second time I stayed in the hotel. I like it for its location -- about 20 minutes walk from the central train station (Den Haag Centraal), 5-10 minutes from the shops, supermarkets, restaurants in the central area. One thing I like, too, is that it is just a block away from a park where weekend markets are held and is minutes away from a station for Tram Route 1, which takes you to the beautiful town of Delft and the seaside district of Scheveningen. The area around the hotel is also good for leisure walks in the morning and evening.
The staff is helpful. The room is clean (though small as you should expect).

The beds were good, the linens were nice and clean. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Tiny bathroom with shower. Love the liquid soap. One chair 2 outlet. The only thing wrong was the floor was dirty. Even after they came in to clean.

Good location to walk to centre, felt safe, liked the windows in the room. Shared a bed and the bottom sheet was too small. Soft mattress was ok but awful pillows. Nowhere to put my backpack off the floor. Could hang 4 items but needed a small table. Hot water was always available for the shower.

Due to an error in the train system we were not able to arrive at the hotel. Upon request there was no chance to cancel or even reschedule. I’ve worked in hotel business for years and I know it’s possible to change the reservation upon the goodwill of the hotel even when it’s a non-refundable rate. It’s sad as the error in the train system totally lied out of my control and was not on purpose. Poor guest service!

No kettle, no fridge. Hotel is next door to a church with loud bells (which will wake you up), in case you like that sort of thing. Clean and comfortable. Good price. Great location in the centre of the Hague. I would stay again for one night. I recommend.

Staff were excellent: very helpful, pleasant and flexible. I was moving house in the area and they made the experience less stressful! Cafe nearby with discount for hotel guests was also a great feature. EasyHotel is no-frills of course: hot shower, comfortable bed and good WiFi were great value for money. Only gripe really was poor soundproofing between rooms.
