I’m not sure what all the positive reviews are from. 1. The rooms are tired, our room has corroded faucets and lots of water stained areas. 2. There was hair on the floor and walls of the bathroom and sticky stuff in the walls that needed to be cleaned under the towel bar. 3. The sheets were very hard starched and not soft at all. 4. Breakfast was good. Normal hotel breakfast but clean and nice. 5. Only one key card for three of us with different schedules.

It was excellent the reception area. Eric was very wonderful with us arriving and getting our room early. We did pay an early checkin fee upon our arrival as we brought our 17 year senior pup. She did fantastic. Everything was very nice. Suite was great

It was okay, the air and heat in the room was poor and noisy. However, the room was decent. The shower would have been better if it had a standard hook for height to be stationary, the way it was was a shower at the height of children or little people. Though hand adjustable because it had no ability to be stationary at an adult height it was more difficult to shower effectively.

The room was subpar, the A/C started out cold but struggled to keep the room cold during our stay. The bathroom fan needed maintenance and should've been replaced or fixed prior to our arrival, regardless of the holidays. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, or bleach want used on the mold growing on the wall, at the top of the shower. Calcium buildup had been there long enough to turn pink in the shower, in multiple areas.
In regard to the Amenities within the room, the TV doesn't have streaming apps, the channel guide only worked 30% of the time, and you don't offer any option for alternatives.

The room smelled very badly of mold, the bathroom was dirty, there was hair on the wall in the shower, the window sill was disgusting, the room is also very small, they told us and wrote on the card holder that breakfast was from 6-9am and we went down at 630 so we could eat before the cross country meet we came into town for just to be told by the morning person that breakfast doesn’t start until 7am on weekends. I would never stay here again especially not at $200 a night that we paid.

Not bad for the price, but not excellent either. I've now stayed in 3 different rooms here. The first one was decent, mini fridge, in room single serve coffee, clean bathroom. The second and 3rd rooms didn't have mini fridge so I couldn't keep any leftovers while I was there.. I wasn't looking for a pool, but if you are, this isn't the spot. Breakfast was standard, but included with the hotel rate. I didn't participate because I work early and had to be at the hospital before. The have a small bar that seems to have a few people nightly, but the location is great for several restaurants and bars in the area! Convenient to I-10.

Checked in and first room had a horrible odor and the whole floor would bounce when anyone walked down the hall. The desk agent was very kind and moved us to a new room which smelled different but worse. Paying more for a pet room shouldnt mean having to suffer with urine smells. Moldy walls and ceiling, a shower that didnt seal and a stained toilet. Tried to get some sleep and the mini fridge had the loudest noise.

This place is cool but The STAFF made our stay Top Notch. Every staff member we came across was smiling and even joked with us. Mr.Ian helped me fix an issue and he went above and beyond. Mr.Eric called us to make sure we were safely on our way. The lady manager was very informative. The entire building is lit up so you feel very safe inside and outside. The breakfast has a lot of choices and they have a grill you can use outside on the patio and even a fire pit too. We will be staying again. This place also has a lounge/bar area with a big TV and another sitting area around a fireplace and another sitting area with a big TV and books boardgames etc

My daughter booked this room for me and my wife. We went to see the comedian Fluffy at the civic center which is close to this hotel. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Took dog and when barked had to find him a pet friendly environment..the room gave us was handicap and had to hold shower head to take a shower. When they took old towels didn’t leave new one. Took trash did not clean or naked bed. Not a very good experience.

The room needed some significant cleaning and disinfecting. The sheets, bedskirt, walls, fixtures, etc… (see pics) were disgusting and not cleaned in quite some time.

We had an wonderful experience at the Hotel . The rooms were clean and extremely comfortable and very welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious front desk clerk was professional and easy to work with. Everyone we encountered was professional and very nice

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and clean. Nicely valued room for the price we paid. Good breakfast. The hotel is slightly off the interstate, almost in a neighborhood, but not hard to find. It would be helpful if a street address was listed for GPS, rather than "North I-10 Capital Circle". Hotel is in the shape of an "X", so parking is a little spread out, but multiple doors into building made access easy. The hotel is very dog friendly, and there were an unusual number of dogs in the hotel, due to many customers were evacuees from Hurricane Milton. This tells me that the hotel was doing everything they could to accommodate people who had found themselves in an unfortunate situation. Thank you for your compassion and caring.

We have been staying at this location on and off for over a year and it seems to be going down. When you enter room now they seem to smell like mold. But overall it’s clean. They had a leak in the hallway when you enter from the back, but when they replaced the flooring it smells really bad of mold.

The front desk staff was extremely busy with evacuees and were very patient and helpful. The lobby was very nice and had ample seating. Our room on the first floor was large enough (king, non smoking) and the bathroom was nice. The problem was there was an odor of cleaning fluids and everything was damp and smelled musty. There was mold on the window curtains and the bedding felt damp. The front desk gave me a damp rid hanging envelope which tells me they had previous complaints. This hotel sat vacant for years and was renovated so the problem stems from that.

We evacuated from Hurricane Helene. The exterior of the building and lobby were very nice. This hotel sat vacant for years and was just refurbished and reopened in the last few years. The front desk team were more than helpful and accommodating especially with a packed hotel of evacuees. The breakfast was fine.

One of the worst hotel I stayed at in Tallahassee please don’t stay there and please waste your money they charged me 700 dollars a night for parents weekend I’ll be ok with that if the hotel worth it but NO. The room was full of cat and dog hair we are super allergic and they never told us that until I found out from my socks and suitcase full of hair. The AC was not working we were sweating all night, too noisy , smells bad and NO parking spots available if you come after 10pm. DONT STAY THERE!!!! RUN

Do yourself a bigggg favor and sleep in your car. Not sure how, but people actually rate this as a five star stay. Moldy, smelly, dirty, breakfast from powdered everything. Had to put the coffee pods in the AC just to help with the cigarette and mold smell. There for FSU, so everything else was sold out. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
