Great hotel very clean and convenient location. Check in was fast and easy. Close to the interstate and restaurants. Many restaurant choices near by .

The hotel itself was fine for an overnight stay. The price was definitely too high compared to surrounding areas, but that may have been due to the fact it was near a holiday. The breakfast was very good and had plenty of options to choose from.

Handicap accessible facility and room

We booked a studio suite. We got there around 9pm with my 2 toddlers and husband. We immediately found a couple of small ants that I was willing to ignore for one night because everything else looked clean. But then ants just kept popping up all over the room. We only saw 10 ants in total, but 3 being on the bed and 1 on my suitcase. I asked to move. The woman on night shift was very understanding and moved us to a smaller 2 queen room that was marked out of service since the bathroom door handle was slightly broken and was the only room open that late. Fine, I was just glad to move. Our new room was clean enough. No ants. But the next morning I asked for price adjustment given that a studio and a queen are different prices. I’m happy to pay for the room I stayed in, broken bathroom door handle, but no ants. I’m not happy to pay for a slightly more expensive room that I did not stay in due to ants. A different woman the next morning at the front desk said there is nothing she can do since I booked through a third party. I felt a little off-put given I shouldn’t be out of pocket for getting a room with ants, but I gave up arguing because she wasn’t interested in understanding what happened. Just not good customer service from the morning shift.

Overall it was a nice stay, fairly clean, friendly staff, very convenient location with many options for an easy dinner. The carpets were lifting up in the hallways, creating a potential tripping hazard and the pillows are absolutely horrible, worst pillows I have every used.

Very nice and clean room. I have always enjoyed staying here. I highly recommend this hotel.

Courteous and efficient.

The ladies at check in were very very nice! The room was just ok.. could use some updating but it was pretty clean. Pretty sad we couldn’t use the pool as there was a school group there occupying the entire property.

Quick in and out stay. Hotel seemed clean. Check-in was friendly and quick. Bed was comfortable. Wish they had flavored creamers for coffee on the go.

Everything about this hotel was nice. I would especially like to recognize the lady in the breakfast area. She never stopped moving, kerping the breakfast bar supplied and wiping down all surfaces. Also, the lady that checked us in was delightful. She had a lot of good information and was very customer service oriented.

Like last year it was a wonderful staying in our awesomely clean rooms and hotel areas, the breakfast was nice and warm and the staff was great and helpful, ain't no way i would consider staying in any other hotel in this area even though some of them looked nice also!!

We stay at this place every year when we had to Florida. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is nice.

Convenient to interstate - well maintained - good breakfast

Nice hotel…cleans rooms and friendly staff! The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Good water pressure and hot water. My only complaint was the beds could use new, more comfy mattresses. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay and is convenient to everything.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was really pretty good compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. The hot water maker in our room was dirty. And, the shower appeared to have mold along the floor where it met the shower wall.

Very satisfied with safety of the facility and cleanliness also.
