The place is very nice service was really good

I liked the location in the heart of pv but their gym needs ventilation, the treadmill was not working. Breakfast was delicious.

Some of the receptionist staff there should be retrained. Most of them are very unprofessional, and have confrontational attitude. The bed sheets were stained. The door to the room isn't able to close, I brought it to the receptionist’s attention, and they promised it would be fixed but never came to fix it- which poses a major security hazard. Gratuity is demanded by some staff in order to receive any basic assistance.

The service is good and the area is safe.

I like the fact that the staff was nice. However, as a guest I was stared at a lot by staff while dining or just walking around in the promenade or at the pool which was kind of creepy at times I felt like I was a suspected criminal that was under surveillance. The room needs to be updated. The walls and ceiling in the room and curtains were badly stained I think there was blood on the curtain which really raised my eyebrows. The curtains should definitely be washed because that may be a biohazard issue. The food at the restaurant was great. I was able to have transportation to and from the airport which was nice. I did not feel unsafe as the property is very secured with security staff. There were young children screaming in the hallways early in the morning which I understand kids will be kids. Overall my stay at the Oasis was nice. I do believe that the hotel needs some updates, painting, and sterilization to the rooms. And the pool needs to be cleaned daily.
