Staff was helpful and able to accommodate my request. They're pretty friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is really good at their restaurant.

Breakfast was too plain, practically same thing every day and my kids sometimes doesn't eat for breakfast had to go outside to get them something.

The pool was great, the beds were comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The staff was amazing. Great customer service.

I had an amazing time. The facilities were clean and well kept. The staff was superb, everyone was friendly, kind, helpful and professional. This was my third time to Port au Prince. When I return I plan to stay at this hotel.

I wish the hotel offered a shuttle service.

It was nice,clean,safe and very convenient.the staffs was super nice including the security guards.

The break was not all that at all and there was a lot of smoke coming from burning garbages next door.

Hotel Villa Therese is a hidden gem in Petion-Ville. The neighborhood is a little inconvenient, and the hotel doesn't have many amenities, but, it is clean, comfortable and the food is pretty good. I would highly recommend this hotel over the others in Petion-Ville.

Typically expensive like every other hotel in Haiti. I can find a much more luxurious room around the world with the price I paid at this hotel.
