Absolutely STUNNING property. My stay exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend you check Famiana out for your trip!

The room is spacious bur the beach was very disappointing. There was a wall then big slope then right to water edge. The beach was littered with garbage so ocean water was brown and had garbage floating. No way I want to go in to swim in that. Buffett breakfast was good.

We loved this place!! Clean large lovely room and bathroom with air conditioning! Best breakfast buffet!! Super nice staff, the pool and palm tree lined beach with all the hammocks and swings and 200,000 dong massages on the beach are the best!! We ended up staying one more night and very sad to leave. They upgraded our room, very accommodating, free airport service and very helpful to plan our days. atM right outside with lots of restaurants and store right next to the resort. Take a jeep tour to the north part of the island and go the cable car water park in the south. We had no idea that’s what was down there and we had the whole park to ourselves!

Really nice and quiet resort. Breakfast was good and stuff was really polite. Beach is front of the resort and it was nice and clean but if you go just littele bit further the beach line there is dirt everywhere. Only minus was Minigolf it wasn't really well made. Really nice romantic hotel for couples.

We had to go to 4 rooms to find one in which the AC was working.

Service is excellent, staff and amenities! Beach bar need an upgrade, food is good at restaurant! But breakfast is kind of limited options. We enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot!

其實這間酒店和Hotel.com網站內另一間叫做法米亞納綠色別墅酒店跟本就是同一間, 它們用同一個receipt, 只不過分開了2個區域, 一個是Green Villa Zone, 另一個是Beach Zone, 真不明白Hotel.com為何要分開2間酒店來show, 搞到有點混淆. 酒店內環境非常好, 亦很寧靜, 可能並不是旺季, 所以基本上沒甚麽住客, 享用酒店設施時, 例如網球場, 泳池, 餐廳, 簡直像包場一樣, 酒店員工態度很很很友善, 每一位員工每次見面都主動微笑點頭. 酒店缺點就是Green Villa Zone那邊的廁所, 沐浴時水壓十分低, 沖涼很不爽, 但Beach Zone那邊就沒有此問題了(因為我兩邊都有住), 而酒店行出來亦只得2間bar & restaurant可吃輕食, 如想多點選擇, 便要步行大約20分鐘才會有一列食肆, 但酒店門前很容易找到的士, 坐的士去每次也只是大約港幣10元. 另酒店會給住客每張order 可免費享用1小時網球場和10支箭, 因為我分開了2個booking order, 所以就可以有2小時和20支箭了.

I regret so much that I stayed here.
If you pay just 20-30 $ more you will stay a lot better place.

Staffs are just nice. We stayed at a seaside VIP cottage. That was nice and quiet.
This was not a responsibility of the hotel, however, beach was so dirty with plastic garbage which should be disposed by some fish boat.

Villa so simple, bath tub didn’t get sanitized, we tried to use smell very bad, the resort very quiet, boring, food at the restaurant not that great, we ordered vanilla Bday cake, but came out às chocolate . Our 1st the guests right next to our room we’re fighting yelling all night until morning. We booked 2 nights, but ended up only stayed 1 night, forfeited the 2nd came back to Saigon early. When we check out, the reception told us the hotel will contact and might refund 1 night. I waited no one contacted, I reached out to reservation manager, about 1 night unused, she been intouch w/me regularly because they screwed up our reservation, since the day we checked out, she doesn’t reply to my inquiry anymore.

Had great time the resort was perfect, view from the room over the beach was picture postcard less than a minute to walk to the sea, staff where very attentive and helpful. WIFI covered the whole resort. The Island its self is fantastic and unspoilt.

Small and peaceful hotel stay with family. Facilities are bit wornout but all in all ok. Breakfast ok. Some nice small restaurants close to the hotel - try the Benz coffee shop, it’s on the road to green villa (good food with cheap prices.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall. I had an issue with my room, and they happily upgraded my room to Villa. The place isn't 5 star hotel, however, you still will enjoy your stay with kind people working at the hotel.

Bad odors coming from the sink and bathroom drainage. We had to request for the lemon grass oil scent everyday for 5 days stay. Employees were great! but not so much they could do about the odors. Rooms are old designs. Master bedroom was leaking water from the ceiling.

We booked the VIP executive suite and this was great for our family of five. The standard rooms looked fairly small.

There are certain things which I’d like to note which would greatly increase comfort. Firstly, when using the hot water on the shower, it makes the shower head shaft connecting metal piece from the extremely hot - boiling hot, actually. There was no airport shuttle at 3AM and all of taxi drivers refused to drive us to the resort. Footsteps of the stairs and the 2nd floor rooms could be heard clearly if you’re staying on a bottom floor. Overall great vibe and feel of the resort and we enjoyed our stay regardless of the issues we encountered. The best part was being reminded of our departing flight. If they hadn’t made that call, we would have missed our flight.

Lovely hotel resort which has everything you need, beach and pool. Clean spacious rooms and great restaurant. Everything is resasonably priced, we ate at the restaurant for ease with a child and enjoyed the food. Many restaurants across the road but I did feel the quality of the restaurant was better although their choice was less than those across the road.

We got upgraded to the beach front Villa which is a fantastic room. Mai the manager is great from the start. She is very professional and well manner. She provides many good recommendations for touring the island. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

Amazing facilities and beach for a fraction of the high end resorts. Plus it has more room around the grounds
