What I didn't like was the electronic key cards malfunctioning daily. And I especially did not like a rude, young, black female at the desk! You should fire her!

I liked the fact that it was pet friendly, but you wouldn’t know it. Some hotels that are pet friendly have a smell. This hotel did not.

It was really OK. It was generally clean. I wasn’t impressed with the condition of the carpet in our room and the bathroom door could’ve used a wipe down, especially around the handle. It’s not a big problem, but you think for the price we could go ahead and get a little breakfast on the house Overall I have to give you four because of those things so it was pretty good and I would stay there again

The door knob to our bathroom was broken. We asked the front desk to get it fixed, they said they would, and they did not fix it.
Also, nobody came to bring fresh towels, or clean our room, like other hotels do. Very disappointed and will never stay at this location again. When I went to ask for fresh towels, the lady at the front desk in the evening was rude.

It took 45 minutes to check in and the staff wasn’t friendly. They didn’t provide enough towels.

I reserved 2 queen bed room for family members passing through. Rude staff. Given a king room where it was inappropriate sleeping arrangements but i wasn't told until after checkout or i would have called location at checkin. And of course i was charged for the king room instead of queen.

Stayed at this hotel many times, it is really needing a refresh. Carpets are run down and dirty. We had a smoke detector blinking over the beds all night. Overall, just ok.

The facility was nice but we had to go next door to their sister property to get ice. There was no one working the front desk at 8:00 am, when people were trying to check out.

This was not my first time staying here. Maybe my 10th and this was by far the worst. This property has gone downhill so horribly! The rooms were filthy. The elevator was filthy. Bathrooms dirty. Bed looked like someone slept in it and tried to fix the covers back. Horrible! I will not be back. Huge waste of money

Property was fine for our needs for soccer tournament but they did not have my reservation even though I had my confirmation through Expedia so was not happy after a 7 hour drive arriving at 11 pm my child with a 8am game next day and hotel didn’t have my reservation

Overall our stay was good. Great location. Had a couple issues with the room. Heat did not work and toilet backed up. It worked for out overnight stay though. There are a lot of choices in this area. I may pick something else next time.

Desk Clerks were great. Rooms needed better cleaning and attention. The thermostats are locked to not come on at 70 and below. The room was hot. Iron wouldn’t heat. Toilet wasn’t stable.

The staff were great. The hotel needs better cleaning. Halls were dirt. The room carpet needed vacuuming. Ants in the bathroom. Hair on tub. Dusty lamps. No hot water in the tub. Room wouldn’t cool.

My wife usually travels with me to Ole Miss football games and we stay in Tupelo at a selected hotel. She could not attend this past weekend due to a medical procedure and I chose to cut the 2 night stay short by departing after one evening in order to speed back home. I asked for consideration from the hotel staff, but was denied with the tired, old lame excuse to avoid any refund: "That's the rules." I even properly checked out, the next morning which allowed the hotel to book my room to another customer, even though I had paid for it. I will never return to this location and I will provide all of my friends with the reason: "That's the rules!"

First time we’ve stayed at a Candlewood Suites and I will definitely stay again! The staff was extremely friendly! Rooms were very very nice & very clean! I was very impressed and highly recommend Candlewood Suites!!
