The room was just as described, except for our surprise that we actually had an ocean view from our fourth floor balcony! Great location in Ko Lanta - just a bit tricky making it across the busy street (they should consider a pedestrian overpass). Tuk tuks always outside of the street for quick transport. It was very nice to be able to use the Andaman Lanta pool and have access to the ocean. Just a bit windy of the beach when we were there.

Exactly what I expected from a four star hotel on an island like this (expecting slightly lower standard than in a large city for example). Fairly clean. Extremely good air con (powered through this islands intense climate with no issues). Breakfast was decent and big but far from spectacular, some toast, fruit, yogurt, Asian warm food. Pool was not very clean but at least there was a pool side shower. Service is minimal, this is a place you come to to just stay at and relax. Book all other things, like bikes and tours, elsewhere. Good view of the ocean from balcony. The jungle is right at the back side of the hotel. The room door was not tight so some bugs got inside. Perfect location, far enough away from Saladan, close to both Klong Dao and Long Beach. There is a 7-11 right next door. Laundry service was great but expensive. Would stay again.

The hotel was ok but the streets in the area are dirty and dangerous.

Short stay - but the hotel was in a good location so we were able to make the most of it. It also had a really nice pool which was a big plus. The breakfast was disgusting and it ran out nearly 2 hours before the breakfast actually closed.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. 3mins away from the beach.They could improve on the cleaniness of the bath tub, other things were fine. And my deluxe sea view room had no view other than the palm trees in front of the balcony.But overall, very good value.

2 nights stay. Overall satisfactory for the dirt cheap price. They should get rid of the bird which squawked the whole night.

Clean, big rooms with lots of space. New bathrooms. Small pool area. Calm and quiet. The beach is just 5-10 mins walk away. No wifi in the rooms, only in hotel lobby. Suitable if youre not spending much time at the hotel. If youre looking to spend time at the hotel Id recommend a larger resort like Lanta Resort.

The hotel staf is extremely nice and to whatever it takes to make you feel at home. I spend three nights and have a great time. From airport transfers, day trip tours, breakfast, and the room itself, everything was at least good.

Pros:-Great location! Near to Klong Dao, which was beautiful. Be sure to try Pad Thai Like across the street, it's the first food stall south of the Salad House restaurant, right next to the path to the beach. Best Thai food on the whole island at a bargain, run by a wonderful couple! (I've been in Thailand for 8 months, and it was some of the best curry I've had. Also, try the pineapple shake!)-The rooms were clean, comfortable, and we somehow managed to get a wonderful sea view!-The pool is wonderful.-The hotel staff is top notch! They are so friendly and helpful. They even let me print my boarding pass in the office.-This hotel rents motorbikes, and they don't hold your passport while you take the bike, which is almost unheard of in Thailand. Two thumbs up.Cons:-It would suck if we had gotten a room without a covered balcony, because it rained a bit during our stay.-Breakfast was decent, but nothing to rave about.
