The pool was nice

I stayed in room 21. Had fast internet and hot water. The place is beautiful. Only thing is the beds and pillows were firm. I like soft.

We stayed one night at the Hotel Casa Del Flores. It was quiet and peaceful for it being so close to the 5th Avenue in Playa Del Carmen. Everything is within 2 blocks of walking including the ADO bus stop and the ferry to Cozumel. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. The property is well maintained and clean. There is a cute swimming pool and the decor is done in Mexican style. Rooms are spacious and we felt beds were comfortable and AC was cool. Although there was a short power outage during our stay, the staff were on it immediately trying to fix it. We will recommend this hotel to folks who want a quiet stay with family but close to everything within a budget.

The city center is not far even though this location is considered the outskirt of Valladolid. Great staff!

Great place and convenient but definitely need more than a bed sheet to sleep.

Staff was available 24/7. Very friendly. Building is a bit older but very clean. Comfortable bed. Working AC. Water pressure in shower was good. Safety box works well. Felt safe. Had issue with batbroom smelling and staff took care of it right away. Would stay here again esp given price and location.

There is construction happening around the property so it can be a little noisy but other than that the property was nice. The beds and pillows were comfy and the front desk was very helpful.

I think all the reviews I read are from people getting paid because other than it being clean. And a pool to refresh. There is nothing good about the hotel. The lobby guy was rude. The bed is like a rock. Don’t stay here. Take your money somewhere else. Oh yeah they next door neighbor has construction so don’t think will be sleeping in or resting you can hear everything from other rooms. And they start very early in the construction.

The best service! Room was large with king bed. Microwave and small fridge with electric skillet to cook in. Shower was ok, but plenty of hot water. Pool was nice. Not far from beach and Fifth Ave.

This is a cheap, beautiful, and artsy roach motel. We were greeted by huge dead roaches at the the door, in the room, under the bed and in the bathroom. Also had a few live ones running around the room and in the bathroom. It is in a great location and the lobby area is beautiful in a rustic and artsy kind of way. But we booked the room just for the night, and only experienced the room which was tragedically made for roaches more than people.

Fantastic little hotel with a Mexican flare. Comfortable bed, great pool. Close to the beach, 5-7 minutes walk. Close to the busy 5th avenue but far enough to have a peace and quite. Fantastic staff and service. We will be back.

Beautiful location. Super friendly staff. Due to travel problems we had to stay another night, but didn’t want to stay in the resort. So we found this beautiful spot. Not too far from beach, amazing bar and restaurant next door. It was just an overall cool experience

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Location is 500m from the beach and 5th Avenue, so walking distance to the main attraction and away from the night time noise of the clubs on 5th. It's also close to very reasonably priced restaurants on 15th and calle 4. Pool is excellent and staff are very friendly and helpful. Room has a safe and air conditioning. Highly recommend.
