There is no elevator. I went once for the breakfast, there was only breads. I asked for agg pati/ omlet, but the lady brought after 30 min, after I finished breakfast. I did go breakfast rest of my stay. I feel her behavior is not to be a staff.I found severl black insects everyday in the room.

we booked a non smoking room, the room REEKED of cigarettes and was not clean. the same toilet paper from the last stay, burn holes in the blanket, tissue stuffed in the door peep holes. when i told the receptionist about this she said it was a housekeeping issue and she couldn’t do anything about it, and it was the only room they had. the wallpaper was literally peeling off the walls, and there was water damage on everything.

I got what I pay for, a cheap place to stay.

My stay was average or below. The room (first room, #234) was clean, but wreaked of cigarette smoke. Barely got any sleep. Asked for another room the next morning. Should have checked it before I left for the day. Came back that night to room #250. Same issue, wreaked of cigarette smoke. Day 3 asked for another room. Received #259 in the next complex. This room was newly remodeled. I checked first before leaving for the day. Room was clean, nicely redone. Came back rhat evening turned on a/c, still some cigarette smoke smell. Since my travel plans had changed, the uncle I came to visit had passed away, I checked out, and came back home to Arizona Maybe when all the renovations are completed the cigarette smell may go away. However if you are not a smoker, check out the room as soon as you check in. The room was clean, but they all smelled like cigarette smoke….

I was traveling alone. Checked in (desk clerk was friendly and efficient). My concern was that out of three buildings, she put me, a single woman, in the back building AND on the back side of that building. The building faces the woods and there were tractor trailers parked there. I assume with construction supplies. Just looking at the cars in the parking lot, I would say the hotel was maybe at about 50% full so there were other rooms. The room next door was under construction and the door to that room was open so anybody could have hidden in there. I could not park directly in front of my room due to construction dumpsters. The bathroom wall had graffiti. The room was supposed to be non smoking and it reeked. It was dimly lit and the lamp didn't work, the part where you screw in the light bulb was not even attached to the lamp. I didn't expect a 5 star hotel for the price but I didn't expect to feel like I was going to end up on the ID channel either. I had already watched the police do a slow drive by that afternoon so clearly there gave been issues there in the past. When I left I took off my flip flops so I could run better if needed. Key between my fingers and 9-1-1 already plugged in so I only had to hit call. Yes, it was THAT bad. Why did I not ask to be moved? I have no clue. Didn't want to complain, come off as a b*tch, take your pick. I'll say the bed was soft, the water was hot when I showered. Avoid this one, especially if you're traveling alone.

Decent place to stay but when me and my service dog went in to eat breakfast the lady was very rude and kicked me and my service dog out of the breakfast area when I tried to explain that my dog was a service dog the lady said she didn’t care and made me leave with her

The area surrounding the hotel looked unsafe. Soon as we walked into the room it smelled of mildew and mold. Overwhelmingly of mildew. There was stains on the chair and footstool. The carpet was filthy. The bathroom was filthy. There was a piece of white material over the bottom of the tub, there felt like a hole in the bottom and the material was covering it. I don't know how in the world this place was rated a 6.4, the rating when i booked it. It has been awhile since I have stayed in a place this "disappointing". It's obvious that there's zero upkeep because the outside was just as bad. The pool area was nasty..the side of the building looked like it had never seen a pressure washer...there was black all over the side. It should be rated closer to a 1.4, definitely not a 6.4. If you are considering this place, don't. It reminded me of an establishment that rents rooms by the hour. I need a shower just thinking about our stay.

I reserved a king room. When I arrived the employee at the desk said they did not have any. She gave us a queen room at a king room price. I asked about it and I was lied to. The staff is terrible!

The hotel was filthy had a burn hole in bed sheet . The room looked nothing like the pictures. We left and got s room at another hotel . They would not give us a refund very disappointed

There was a water leak from room of the bath room in late night.

The first one to check me in was dirty I didn't have a king non-smoking which are reserved I ended up getting a clean smoking and that one was dirty also but the first one was not even surface it was dirty dirty

Yesterday when I stayed there, someone was in a room playing loud music at 5 o’clock in the morning I couldn’t sleepI’m

The room was on the ground floor facing the parking lot. The beds had beautiful new gold spreads on them. The water pressure was great and hot water was plentiful in the shower. The bathroom fan did not work as a result the bathroom walls were damage and mold was in the seams of the shower surround from the steam of the shower. The door bathroom door was swollen which made it hard to open and close. The room was dark even with lights on. The TV worked great. The app didn't allow me to upload pictures.

Some of the people work at the front desk have a bad attitude they just don’t know how to talk to people

The bathroom was dirty. They put towels over dirt stains. I refuse to shower there even after bleaching the tub. Waĺls were stained and i did have a smoker room but it was more then smoke residue on the walls. I wouldnt suggest leaving your room after night, the other guest are very questionable. I guess they were guest, they slept in their car and kept trying to get me to get in it. Over all, ill look into another hotel on my next trip.

Could definitely use alot of updates. The pictures are very deceiving.

The bathroom in our room was not clean. We just got bleach and cleaned it ourselves. The staff was friendly at check in, that's the only thing they have going for them. And the pool was closed, I think the website should have said as much. The pictures of the place are way better than the real life. I would not stay here again.

Great property

The smell of smoke in the room was a bit harsh. And the beds definitely were not queen size as the booking most likely a full. The staff and services were genuine and good. Just overall for the price it seems isn’t fair in the market now days. Cheaper hotels cost a fortune and it seems like they aren’t updating any of the rooms.

The African lady that be there on Friday nights is so rude & also I’ve gotten bit up in 2 of their rooms.

This was a very sketchy area and very dirty.

There were kids running around after 9pm and being loud. The place is dated compared to other ones that I’ve stayed at.

Excellent service. Average room but clean.

Amazing

Just go somewhere else.
