It was actually very quaint and clean for an older property. However, there were drop down fights between a man and a woman all night long. I considered calling the police for someone’s safety.

Did not appreciate the staff coming and knocking on our door at 9:03 am asking when we would be leaving. Check out time is 11 am so why was that done?

The cleaning lady knocks at the door 4-5 times very loud at 9:45 am and demanding to know when I will check out. The check prime is 11 am. Why bother me before that ? I never had any house keeping did this before. Kind of rude.

Beds were comfortable. When we got there the manager had sold the room we rented with a king size bed. The room had a bad odour in it

A great place to stop along the highway. Clean, comfy beds. A bit dated, but I'm just sleeping there so it doesn't matter. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Also a affordable option vs other places in this area.

It is old and bedding and towels old but clean. Windows dirty and doormats need to be thrown away.

Excellent value for Cranbrook. Room was clean, comfortable and the a/c worked well. Staff were excellent.

I arrived a little early for check in. The manager got me into my room and was very helpful. I told him it was no big deal if he couldn't as I was a couple hours early. But he managed to get it done without complaint. Very helpful and easy to talk to. Once i was in, I never had to go back to the lobby/entrance. Everything was perfect.

Low end facility that had zero extras such as coffee, iron, adequate soap and a wifi i could not hook up to. Small bathroom barely accomplished the requirements

I think it was a bit over priced for the condition of the room. Just my opinion. It’s very basic. No coffee maker, but we brought our own based on other's comments.

The price was good and the room was clean, renovated and spacious and lots of water pressure in the shower. I also really liked the fridge that was a bit larger than normal small motel fridges and it worked well, which isn't often the case in other places. Only issue was that the bed was softer than I like. I stayed for four nights and I would stay there again.

Very clean. Very friendly staff. Quiet. I would like coffee in the room as they don’t in the office. Just an FYI, the room is cheaper if you book directly and not with Expedia!!
