Very nice, simple hotel with excellent service at the front desk. Everything was spotless clean, rooms comfy and breakfast versatile and delicious.

Beautiful hotel

Helpful staff and near the history of this great city.

The hotel is a 6-7 minute walk from the train station, which was very convenient. We could also walk to all of the city sites in Cadiz, and there are many nice restaurants just down the street from the hotel. The hotel itself is outstanding- in an old convent, with a beautiful courtyard. The desk staff were super helpful. We were very happy to have stayed here- it was a great value.

This hotel is a converted convent and has many nice features. It has a nice open area that they play religious chants in with places to sit. The room was large and comfy. TV only local channels. Bathroom has shower. Location is very close to the main attractions and there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Also shops and they explain where they are when you check in. Altogether an excellent exoerience

Staying in a convent was different, particularly one where active services and choir practice were happening. Short walk to train station and near lots of cafes.

Lovely modern rooms inside a former convent from the C17th. Very clean. Rxcellent, friendly staff. Very close to the train and bus stations, in a quiet location only a short walk from the heart of the old town. Highly recommended!

Second time here and cant say enough about how much we love coming back to this hotel. Staff, location, comfort were highlights. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely place in a very convenient position. Very comfy bed and good shower, coffee maker. Nice choice at breakfast although hot food is actually pretty cool although they did put my bacon in the microwave for me to heat it up. System for booking breakfast doesn’t work at all. They said they were full at 9 and we had to go at 8.30 but we were there until 9.20 and hardly anyone else turned up! Nearby parking above station costs 16 per day. Hard to arrive at hotel by car, seek advice!

A beautiful building tastefully adapted and in an excellent location.

It had a great location but access by car was difficult, as was the parking. It was also noisy at night with all the street activity, but that may not be indicative of a normal night. Good breakfast and very helpful staff.

In a word...'Wow!' This hotel is amazing. First the location - right in the old part of the city and within walking distance of great cafés, bars and restaurants. Then the hotel itself - this is a beautiful and historic building but with modern conveniences such as air conditioning. The rooms are so quiet and very relaxing. The inner courtyard is an amazing space with seating and we enjoyed relaxing here with a book and a glass of wine. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The next time we are in Cadíz we will return here without hesitation!

This is a beautiful hotel placed in a nunnery. The ambiance and the property takes you back some centuries! Very convenient to walk around Cadiz with multiple dining options

The hotel is an old convent. It’s in a great location but there is no life in it. The cloister is huge but deserted the rooms are clean but lack charm.

What an amazing hotel! The location was ideal for our arrival at the train station, and departure on the ferry. The cloister is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and well presented. And the staff members we met we great. On the sustainability side, there are glasses rather than disposable cups in the room; and the shampoo, hand soap, and moisturizer is in big bottles rather than tiny single-use ones, which is great! However, there were still disposable coasters under the glasses (why not switch to reusable ones if you insist on having them - it would be fine without!). And there were overpackaged toothbrushes, shaving kits, comb in the bathroom - why not go for less packaging, and offer them at reception for people who really need them, rather than to everyone. I usually mark hotels down on their sustainability, but I liked this hotel too much. Highly recommended.

The hotel was beautifully located and just around the corner were 2 excellent restaurants. The staff were very professional and our room was lovely. Our only complaint and it’s very minor is that the shower was quite small and the drain did not work well. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. So much history in this place. It was very special. Nothing ordinary about it!

Un hotel precioso y tuvimos una muy agradable estancia (con la única excepción de que dos madrugadas el aire acondicionado no funcionó). Muchísimas gracias a Jose y Tamara (ambos de la recepción) y a Patricia (del desayuno) por ser tan amables y ayudarnos con tantísimas cosas. Ellos son en realidad muy atentos e hicieron la diferencia. A Tamara por hacer todo lo posible porque pudiera visitar la iglesia de Santo Domingo contigua al hotel. Preciosa!!!!
